Tim Hortons in Troy

“I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. I have had 3 cold grilled cheese, an employee that gave me the wrong order and expected me to take it and pay for it and was rude. We are all going through a difficult time getting reliable and good employees , and keeping our standards where we expect them to be so I still recommend this location, I m simply posting so the owner knows there are areas that need to be addressed.“

Lady apologized for the young man who put tomato on my bagel. Even though the order said no tomato and she told him no tomato, she was very. Apologetic, and this location in Troy, Ohio is a good one to visit.They are very busy , but they are very quick at what they do“
