“I always go thru the drive through and get the same thing. Every time I go I get the nicest people at the drive thru. I go every day sometimes just to say hey and get a donut for my son. In my opinion they are Sooo much better than Starbucks!!!“
“I called every morning with a big order of donuts, bagels, and coffee and each morning they were ready when I needed it and always extremely friendly. They are a busy location and work extremely hard, and I know my large last minute orders had to be an added stress but they never showed it, they helped take things to my car if able and were so pleasant. Best TH in Springfield!!!“
“This Tim Hortons location is the absolute best. Very clean , fair price, and fast service. The two employees who helped me yesterday were very polite , helpful , and my coffee was served fresh and hot. If you’re in a rush this location has a drive thru. The interior of the building is very aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely be back to this location when passing through Springfield. The bagels and sandwiches are also available as well!“
