Tim Hortons in Springfield

“We visit every time we are in Ohio. There are no Tim Hortons at home in Florida. The coffee is absolutely delicious. This time we got our hot coffee and a twenty pack of assorted timbits. My husband called it a box of yumminess.I would agree!“

“I walked in the store and waited at least 2 minutes before I was ever greeted or acknowledged. I was very disappointed because there were 4 employees standing there looking at something. I guess it was the manager that finally told another worker to take my order. Definitely need to work on customer service otherwise the coffee was great.“

“The young man who made my order fresh and ran it out to my car and referred to himself as uncle john was very bubbly and pleasant, i was expecting to see an annoyed working for having to make items fresh that they ran out of but was the complete opposite and we both were left laughing. Great customer service!“
