“I am giving Tim Hortons stars because they always get my order correct. lately fast food places just be throwing stuff in a bag, even when they repeat your order is still wrong! Not at this one. I come here and get the same thing every time ?. that is why I’m giving Tim Hortons a five out of five. thank you“

“stopped by Tim Hortons this morning and had a great experience. The staff greeted me with a smile, my order was prepared quickly, and everything tasted fresh. The coffee was hot and flavorful, and the breakfast sandwich was made perfectly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, making it a great place to start the day. Love Ms Pat. Excellent customer service and consistently good food keep me coming back. Highly recommend!“

“For someone who hasnt been to a Tim Hortins before, the cashier, Willy, guided me through the experience. He was very kind and helpful! He had the hospitality of a TRUE Canadian. My food also came out quickly, and one of the other team members taught me how to tear the sandwich wrapper correctly after I was struggling. This Tim Hortons is so goated. I will remember experience for the rest of my life👏👏👏“

“This place is quick, efficient, and super friendly. Its usually james or Heather at the window in the mornings and my food is always fast, hot and most importantly its always exactly what I ordered. After living in Canada for 18 years timmies is like a second home for me and my family and this timmies location keeps that feeling alive! All of the staff have been nothing but kind and respectful to me and my family everytime we come in. It has become a daily stop on my way to work for the last couple months and I look forward to it every morning.“

“No issue! I want to shout out this location! We went in and ordered two turkey bacon cub sandwiches with extra bacon and mayo, the short girl (sorry I didn’t see your name) hooked our sandwich up. She offered to grill our sandwiches and they turned out AMAZING, REALLY GOOD! The best sandwiches we’ve ever gotten from any Tim Hortons!!! And we get these often, lol they’re our favorites. “I work by the time Hortons on Broadway I've gone there for years in consistent coffee no staffing and rude workers. I drive out of my way now to come to this time Hortons here on georgesville, the coffee always tastes amazing and the customer service is wonderful expecally since it's so early in the morning... wonderful start to my morning!!!“

“My wife and I were staying at a hotel on the block. I have a sweet tooth for donuts and had to visit. We walked over have a few donuts. A little surprised to see the partnership with Harry Potter theme doughnuts. I had a lemon filled and one from the Harry Potter series plus some doughnut holes. There were Harry Potter boxes for those from the series. The service was good. The doughnuts were good. The donut holes weren't airy like other parts of the country. But still very good. We will visit again if ever in the area.“

“Several times now, including today, we have gone in to order and had to wait while everybody works the drive thru. They know we are there but they don't wait on us. After 10 minutes we leave. We are frequent customers. We like the food, but I don't understand why we are ignored in favor of the drive thru. After a car or two goes through, we have been waiting longer to place our order than anyone in the car line.“

“Melissa and Brian were so kind so help me out when another location was closed due to a water main break. For some reason, the closed location was still listed for pickup, and I know now that the app is run by a third party. While the app, corporate, and this third party failed me, Melissa and Brian gave me fantastic service and were more than happy helping me get my order!“

“Today my coffee was hot, my croissant soft and flakey, and my donut delish. The cashier was the only employee working at the time so the fact she handled it all and it was hot was the reason I wanted to give this review. I wish I had gotten her name but it was Sat 02/07 about 1145a.“

“In continuing tourism, we came here as a look-see!
This branch appeared quiet as we were the only customers.
We ordered and waited.
Our timing was off as the coffee machine was being cleaned! 🤦‍♂️
However, much Kudos to our server who apologised for the delay and offered a refund.
Even greater Kudos to the staff member who still made our drinks.
Should this be the standard of service throughout the chain, we will most definitely visit again!

“Its 630pm and I just tried to go get my sister and I a coffee (I was just here at this location on S High St. this morning) and now there are signs taped up on the drive thru menu, front doors, and on the drive thru window that says “closed until further notice”???? Does anyone know why???“

“This is THE first Tim Horton’s that I am fascinated by. Bathroom was clean. Lobby clean. Food good. Order correct. Lobby 🔥. Harry Potter collaboration was epic. I’m HP adjacent and I was impressed. I’d like to see paper towels to open the bathroom door or a foot puller at the bottom of the door.“

“Product is pretty dang good. Lady at drive thru that took our order obviously didn’t want to give at work today - crabby!! Guy at the window was friendly and seemed like he was happy with another day on earth. Tipped him well and he was so thankful!!“

“We stopped by the Tim Hortons in Columbus. Food was pretty good. I got a chicken panini. There wasn't much chicken in the sandwich, but it was good. I, also, bought a iced chai. That was good, too. For dessert, I bought a caramel cookie with Heath bar chunks. That was really good! My husband purchased a turkey bacon sandwich. He really liked it!

The employees were nice. Slow, but nice.

Overall, the food and drinks were good. Nothing spectacular.“

“Ordered at roughly 9:58 am 11/8/24 . Severed by a younger woman who I didn’t catch the name of. Best Tim Hortons I’ve ever had. The chocolate dipped donuts were the best I’ve ever had there. Super fresh and tasty. I always order extra whipped cream with my hot chocolate and never get it but I could tell I got it this time and it was amazing.“

“The coffee is the main reason I keep coming back. It's at least half the cost of the * $ over priced burnt tasting brew. My other favorite menu item is a double wrap breakfast sandwich, which is not available at all locations, but should be. Especially if you're comparing the taste and price of the bucks right down the street. So if you have to have a morning cup of joe that tastes wonderful at less than $3, instead of $7, you may wanna give it a try. Your taste buds and pocket will surely appreciate it.“

“I almost never stop at Tim Hortons, but we made an impromptu stop at the State Street location in Westerville on our way out of town today, and I’m glad we did.

We went through the drive-through and picked up a variety pack of Timbits, which I always enjoy, along with a mocha latte. The latte was served really hot, which is certainly better than the alternative!

What really stood out was the service. Everyone we dealt with at the drive-through was exceptionally professional and helpful. They carried themselves so well that I wondered if we were dealing with managers, but maybe they just have a really good team working there.

My only minor complaint: no napkins with the Timbits! If you’re handing someone a box of those little glazed goodies, napkins should probably be part of the deal. 😁“

“I just wanted to do a review to tell DD, who I think might be the manager but not for sure and if you're not the manager you should be.! But thank you for this morning for all your help and for your extra hard work. you went above and beyond. And for the young man working the window there was absolutely no reason for the amount of attitude and facial excretions you were sending my way! My ask were no big ones! “They charged $0.70 for a cup of tap water even with me buying a full meal. And that was mostly ice as you can see. It was barely a few sips. The food was good, the service was fine, other than didn't warn about the added cost. The tables were dirty. They do have free wifi. For the 70 cents gained they'll be getting less business from me.
Compared to DQ down the street, I recently walked in and ordered a soda with no food, he recognized me and just gave it to me. I don't expect that, but just to compare how customers can be treated.“

“I ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich. The picture on the menu didn't really match the sandwich I received today. The croissant was super flat and a little charred. The egg covered a third so most bites were empty. Don't flatten them please!
I didn't receive a napkin either. 😩“

“I usually Door Dash here. But, today, I picked up donuts 🍩🍩 for myself and my mother. The Staff are always so cordial & professional, even when there might be a long wait. Today, there wasn't though. I also have a major sweet tooth so, I look forward to all of the holiday decorated food 🤗🤗“

“I go through the drive-through and the people are very friendly. They give you good fast service. The only thing I don’t like about this one is the potholes they will kill your tires. hope they get fixed soon cause there’s a lot of them potholes“
