“I stopped in at daybreak to pick up a mobile order of all the Harry Potter offerings (in this house we support JK Rowling!) - and for so early in the morning, the staff was wonderful. Great attitudes! I was even greeted by the gentleman managing the drive through window (I walked in). Incredible folks there. Will definitely be my stop for early morning goodies for my colleagues. I recently visited Tim Hortons on Harrisburg Pike and was blown away by the amazing service.
Two exceptional employees:** Jessica and Ty
They took my order with utmost politeness, professionalism, and kindness.
They helped me place a bulk order for my student in a cost-effective way.
They even helped carry my order to my car — incredible teamwork and care.
The facility was clean and inviting, and everyone greeted me with a smile.
The staff made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in.
If I need to order bulk items again, I’d go out of my way to come to this Tim Hortons just for the service I received.“

“For someone who hasnt been to a Tim Hortins before, the cashier, Willy, guided me through the experience. He was very kind and helpful! He had the hospitality of a TRUE Canadian. My food also came out quickly, and one of the other team members taught me how to tear the sandwich wrapper correctly after I was struggling. This Tim Hortons is so goated. I will remember experience for the rest of my life👏👏👏“

“Today I went into Tim Hortons to make a simple request a grilled cheese sandwich for starters. The atmosphere was pretty cold. Nice air conditioning. Customer service was superb. They quickly gave me my sandwich. More of an In-N-Out process pretty fast pretty quick very efficient. The food is above subpar to say the least. My only complaint is a little bit of the leaky pipes here at the service desk other than that, I give this place a five out of five.“

“Whoever the white girl is that works the drive thru that has tats on her arms…. Give her a raise. She’s so friendly and personable and most places suck in customer service these days but she genuinely seemed like she enjoyed her job! GOLD STAR!“

“They charged $0.70 for a cup of tap water even with me buying a full meal. And that was mostly ice as you can see. It was barely a few sips. The food was good, the service was fine, other than didn't warn about the added cost. The tables were dirty. They do have free wifi. For the 70 cents gained they'll be getting less business from me.
Compared to DQ down the street, I recently walked in and ordered a soda with no food, he recognized me and just gave it to me. I don't expect that, but just to compare how customers can be treated.“

“In continuing tourism, we came here as a look-see!
This branch appeared quiet as we were the only customers.
We ordered and waited.
Our timing was off as the coffee machine was being cleaned! 🤦‍♂️
However, much Kudos to our server who apologised for the delay and offered a refund.
Even greater Kudos to the staff member who still made our drinks.
Should this be the standard of service throughout the chain, we will most definitely visit again!

“Its 630pm and I just tried to go get my sister and I a coffee (I was just here at this location on S High St. this morning) and now there are signs taped up on the drive thru menu, front doors, and on the drive thru window that says “closed until further notice”???? Does anyone know why???“

“The coffee is the main reason I keep coming back. It's at least half the cost of the * $ over priced burnt tasting brew. My other favorite menu item is a double wrap breakfast sandwich, which is not available at all locations, but should be. Especially if you're comparing the taste and price of the bucks right down the street. So if you have to have a morning cup of joe that tastes wonderful at less than $3, instead of $7, you may wanna give it a try. Your taste buds and pocket will surely appreciate it.“

“Melissa and Brian were so kind so help me out when another location was closed due to a water main break. For some reason, the closed location was still listed for pickup, and I know now that the app is run by a third party. While the app, corporate, and this third party failed me, Melissa and Brian gave me fantastic service and were more than happy helping me get my order!“

“Ordered at roughly 9:58 am 11/8/24 . Severed by a younger woman who I didn’t catch the name of. Best Tim Hortons I’ve ever had. The chocolate dipped donuts were the best I’ve ever had there. Super fresh and tasty. I always order extra whipped cream with my hot chocolate and never get it but I could tell I got it this time and it was amazing.“

“Several times now, including today, we have gone in to order and had to wait while everybody works the drive thru. They know we are there but they don't wait on us. After 10 minutes we leave. We are frequent customers. We like the food, but I don't understand why we are ignored in favor of the drive thru. After a car or two goes through, we have been waiting longer to place our order than anyone in the car line.“

“Tim Hortons is a solid choice when you're looking for a good cup of coffee. Their coffee is consistently great, and while the food is okay, it's not the main reason I come here. The service at this location is what really stands out. The staff is always friendly, and if there's ever a mistake with my order, they're quick to fix it with a positive attitude. Great customer service like that keeps me coming back!“

“We stopped by the Tim Hortons in Columbus. Food was pretty good. I got a chicken panini. There wasn't much chicken in the sandwich, but it was good. I, also, bought a iced chai. That was good, too. For dessert, I bought a caramel cookie with Heath bar chunks. That was really good! My husband purchased a turkey bacon sandwich. He really liked it!

The employees were nice. Slow, but nice.

Overall, the food and drinks were good. Nothing spectacular.“

“I almost never stop at Tim Hortons, but we made an impromptu stop at the State Street location in Westerville on our way out of town today, and I’m glad we did.

We went through the drive-through and picked up a variety pack of Timbits, which I always enjoy, along with a mocha latte. The latte was served really hot, which is certainly better than the alternative!

What really stood out was the service. Everyone we dealt with at the drive-through was exceptionally professional and helpful. They carried themselves so well that I wondered if we were dealing with managers, but maybe they just have a really good team working there.

My only minor complaint: no napkins with the Timbits! If you’re handing someone a box of those little glazed goodies, napkins should probably be part of the deal. 😁“

“The baker that is know there he's been working for Tim Hortons over 20 years he's the best he started at Westerville Dublin 161 and Bush know sawmill so hopefully u can enjoy the passion he gives because as u can see he loves given his passion to his community ? I

“Today my coffee was hot, my croissant soft and flakey, and my donut delish. The cashier was the only employee working at the time so the fact she handled it all and it was hot was the reason I wanted to give this review. I wish I had gotten her name but it was Sat 02/07 about 1145a.“

“I usually Door Dash here. But, today, I picked up donuts 🍩🍩 for myself and my mother. The Staff are always so cordial & professional, even when there might be a long wait. Today, there wasn't though. I also have a major sweet tooth so, I look forward to all of the holiday decorated food 🤗🤗“

“I ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich. The picture on the menu didn't really match the sandwich I received today. The croissant was super flat and a little charred. The egg covered a third so most bites were empty. Don't flatten them please!
