“This is the only Tim Hortons I will go to. I don't know the guy's name that takes orders and runs drive thru most times in mornings.. He's funny , positive and friendly. He made a very bad morning I was having a week ago a lot better by being so funny. Making me smile for the first time that morning. And I thank him for that! i work in retail and I know most businesses hear more negative then good. Every time I've gone here everything is good. Keep up the great food and service. And again thank you for making my day better.“
“I never thought I would be so impressed by a Tim Hortons. They always seem to get the consistency right with the food and drinks. But the main reason I drive out of my way to go to the Mill run location, is because of the staff! They did a wonderful job hiring extremely friendly people! One in particular, Carla, is always extra friendly with a wonderful smile! Truly brightens my morning!“
“I visited with my grandkids at 7:20 a.m. on a weekday. By the time we had a chance to look at the varieties of doughnuts and Tim Bits, there was a friendly employee at the counter ready for our order. The selection was good and the donuts delicious. A+ for hospitality.
We had stopped at the Hilliard-Rome Rd. location, but their selection was sparse and after several minutes no one came to take our order. So we came here. We will from now on!“
“Tim Hortons are, all, fairly-similar within decor, food and coffee, however, this Hortons was a standout due to the superior-service, which seems to be lacking nearly everywhere, currently. These little details separate the premium from the middling, and this should, always, be recognized.“
