Tim Hortons in Westerville

“Staff in the morning on my way to work is very friendly. Food and coffee just hits different (especially at 7:00 AM). The one time I was in the restaurant it didn’t seem super clean, but aside from that good experience all around. Thank you Tim Hortons for being there when I needed you the most.“

I stopped through the drive thru today at about 1pm for a pumpkin iced capp and two vanilla dip donuts (which all of it was phenomenal by the way) but I just had to stop by and say that the wonderful woman that took my order at the speaker and also cashed me out at the window was just amazing!! I felt so welcomed and not rushed, which most places are like that anymore. She mentioned to get the Tim Horton’s app as well. She was so so kind and very inviting with her words so thank you!! :)“

“This Tim Hortons is so small and cute. The ladies helping us were really sweet. We ordered 40 Timbits and they were so fresh and yummy even though we went late in the day on Saturday around 3:30pm. I'm sorry they have such bad reviews. We experienced the opposite, so maybe they're in the process of turning things around.“

“Food was ok. I had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. Just wasn't quite as good as they usually are. Coffee isn't my favorite, but that's just my opinion. Restroom wasn't as clean as it could have been in for 1045 in the morning. No paper towels, which is idea for opening the door after washing my hands.“
