For being such a little store, only one employee, sometimes just a wee bit of a wait depending on time of day....Always great service and everything made right!
This Tim Hortons is so small and cute. The ladies helping us were really sweet. We ordered 40 Timbits and they were so fresh and yummy even though we went late in the day on Saturday around 3:30pm. I'm sorry they have such bad reviews. We experienced the opposite, so maybe they're in the process of turning things around.
My husband and I visit this Tim’s quite often since we recently moved in the neighborhood. The workers ALWAYS are friendly and have smiles. I am not a fan of Tim’s coffee and have always complained, but this Tim’s makes it AMAZING!! Thank you to the workers for their kindness and smiles. God bless them!

Tim Hortons is a popular coffee and donut chain known for its friendly service and fresh food. The reviews highlight the excellent customer service, especially with the new owners who have made significant improvements. A helpful staff member, Alex, is noted for his kindness and respect towards customers, making their visits special. The use of the east window has made ordering easier, especially for those who enjoy biking to the location, as it allows for a convenient walk-up experience. Customers appreciate the quick service and that the coffee and food are good and hot. While there is a suggestion for small patio tables near the walk-up window, many enjoy sitting with their camp chairs before heading to the nearby Alum Creek bike trail. Overall, this Tim Hortons continues to be a favorite spot for many.
