“Today around 11 AM I had the best customer service! Employee asked about my day in a way that was genuine and personable. It was easy to see he was genuinely interested and then he filled my order perfectly and quickly. Because of HIM I have changed my opinion of this chain.“
“I gave you 5 stars based on my 5 times a week visit for the last 4 plus years. But I’m very disappointed this week. On Monday I got the wrong coffee with some milk on it which I can not have dairy or any sugar. I always get my coffee black or my latte with oat milk. Today I got coffee that is too sweet. I don’t even know what they put on it but I’m attaching the photo. This place does an amazing job in every aspect. Fast service, quality product, super clean place and very friendly employees. But this week was a bit disappointment for me. I function well with my coffee.“
