“I had a great experience recently at this Tim Hortons location in Dublin. I had placed an order ahead of time for catering, Lydia M. took my order. She was very thorough and very helpful! She told me that the day I would be picking up my order that I would be working with Tequila B. and Carlos O. They all took great care of me and were so friendly! My order was ready to go when I arrived, hot and organized. I want to thank this entire team for their professionalism, for making me feel important and for excellent customer service!“
“I live a mile from this Tim Hortons and do business with them once every couple months. I was there this morning (9/6/2024), walked inside placed an order with a guy probably mid 30’s. Six glazed donuts, two orders of 10 timbits, two orders of your two for six breakfast sandwiches just mix them up please and a large coffee with cream and sugar. I love it that he didn’t have to repeat the order back to me or ask questions, he was friendly and had my coffee on the counter in two minutes and the rest of my food in a bag two minutes after that. Im not sure how they have the amount of negative feedback that they do because every experience I have including this morning is outstanding.“
