ordered food and sat down to wait until done. I sat and waited and waited. Other customers were served. after 20 minutes of waiting, I asked where my order is. I was told he didn't see me. I was sitting by myself in this little dining room. Are you kidding me? Ever think of shouting out the name? Then the attitude was like 'Oh well'. No apology. I will never go back there again.
We tried Original Steak and Hoagie Twinsburg last night because it had good reviews. We got the original phily steak and a turkey phily. The steak was full of grizzle which made it inedible. The turkey was ok but not great. Unfortunately we won't be back.
