“The place was very cool and the drinks were excellent. But the bartender watched us walk in and left. He went into the small kitchen and started doing dishes for 5 or 10 minutes before coming back to the bar to serve us a drink. Very odd to just leave people allowed in the bar like that. But he was friendly and made a great drink. Also we were the only ones there so bartender leaving didn't make any sense.“

“Delicious food and a variety of dinners on Fridays. Great prices on food and drinks. Love their salads and potato pancakes. O’Cevapi is another favorite and the steaks are out of this world. Great pork dishes as well and never dry with plenty of flavor. Drinks are simple, but a great price.“

“hey guys, this was my first time here. I was there to meet my cousin for her birthday brunch. It was a good time. The DJ was the bar. I did not get a chance to eat anything but my family did and there were no complaints. The atmosphere was nice, and it was a nice establishment like the dining area split from the bar area. There is a lot of potential in this place. I do intend to return!“

“I went here to enjoy a night out with staff and it was the perfect little bar that we needed. The staff was so friendly and great listeners. I ordered a tequila sunrise and a prime rib philly steak sub with fries and mozzarella sticks. I absolutely loved both! The mozzarella sticks are topped with parmesan cheese and were cooked just right. This is a great place for a quick bite to eat and drink. The Dj was also full of life and was very entertaining ? Thank you! ?“
“Makes me proud to be a Clevelander. Absolutely exceptional, a diamond of a venue. No lines, easy to park, always space to catch your breath, cheap cheap cheap, great sound, great lights, and they somehow bring in TOP SHELF DJ talent.
None of my lady friends have ever been creeped out, people of all ages are always there, bartenders and door staff are the homies, I can't recommend this place highly enough GO GO GO.“

“Back for Brunch! Jackie always takes great care of us and all the servers and staff make it a point to greet us as well. If you go to Sunday Brunch as often as we do, you get to know everyone a little bit. Food is usually great, with just a bit of a consistency problem sometimes. It would be great to see some new items or a special item of the month for a change. When seated by the windows, the view of the track is OK, but the 4 or 5 porta-potties are right there for you to see. Perhaps a nice 3 sided wall or enclosure would improve the sightline. Just a thought!“

There have been staff changes, and I work a lot now. So I don't know who works when... But the owners Mama Sue and Papa Jim are wonderful people. Todd is the best bartender in CLE! Check them out.“

“My 1st time at Bookers, very nice atmosphere n a great vibe, I loved the Vibe Band!! I ordered 2 perch sandwiches which were great as well!! I truly enjoyed myself, choosing Bookers has restored my faith in goin out. It’s very close to home as well! Being in guest service for over 30 years I was super impressed with the servers greeting guests as they walked in the door 5. ⭐️’s from me and great job!! I’ll certainly be back!!😃😃“

“I haven’t been on 185th St. in quite some time. I believe I’ve been to this establishment a very long time ago. It was clean when you walked in they don’t have a menu for the restaurant. It’s pretty much at the entrance area which I did not see. They do sell chips, pretzels, potato chips, popcorn for two dollars a bag Pretty dang good deal it’s cheaper than a grocery store. I found their bar area to be spacious. Their drink prices are extremely reasonable. This is definitely a place that I would Alert, the 21 and up crowd….. A shot of liquor-2.00$/four dollars for a double. I couldn’t believe it. I almost dropped my wallet on the ground because I was in shock! 5$ for a Vodka and Coke ! Just to note it’s a CASH BAR ONLY. NO CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT CARDS . I didn’t want to forget to mention that definitely ask for Charlie. He was so cool! That was probably the best service I’ve ever received at a full bar in my life. They came to me really fast ! They have a pretty decent floor so if you want to dance when you listening to the live music. I saw the Allen green band last night. They were amazing! I’m definitely a fan. When a band is not playing they do have a music selector that has pretty good range of everything. The Sound was amazing. Nothing was too high. Nothing was too low. The bathrooms are downstairs. believe they have an outside patio for smokers. As far as parking, I parked across the street, which was not far at all the family dollar parking lot was adequate. I did pay a five dollar cover charge when I walked through the door because there was a band.
Vegetarian options: The food that I saw people order was like a very thin steak on a plate with mashed potatoes. It was not fancy at all. They do have a lot of fried food options, mozzarella sticks for any other menu options you need to call the bar. I’m sure they had sandwiches and burgers but I didn’t see anything like that.
Parking: You definitely want to go somewhere early enough to park. Family Dollar parking lot. They seem to be understandable for people to park there at night. I did not have a problem and I felt very safe. It’s well lit.
Kid-friendliness: Don’t bring your children here. It’s a BAR
Wheelchair accessibility: I wouldn’t consider this place wheelchair accessible. Especially through the front door it’s very narrow . I’m sure that the person can enter through a different door in the back to be able to get into the bar. I would also inquire if they have a bathroom on the main floor. The bathrooms are down a flight of steps..“

“tucker’s haves been around for a very long time. its a great place for people who loves to wear graham crackers colored steve harvey suits. weekends are great because they have karaoke and they do not sell food. the bar is cash only but it is a great place to be!

“Dinner was incredible and reasonable. I got the Los Arcos fajitas. It comes in a pineapple with shrimp, chicken and steak. I couldn't finish it. Nicholas got their green enchiladas. Service was wonderful. I think we found our new favorite spot.“
