Sushi Bars near University Heights

“Service was great, food was great, presentation was great. We had avocado sushi, sweet potato cream cheese sushi, tamago, tempura vegetables, and bibimbop. Everything was very good. The sweet potato cream cheese roll was amazing. The bibimbop may be a bit adapted for American taste (we ordered it with tofu not bulgogi and it had more fresh vegetables than I often find in Korean restaurants) but it was utterly delicious. We plan to return next time we are in Cleveland.“

“Fantastic sushi and great service. I drove 20 minutes to get here because the Mayfield area did not have a good looking sushi place. Young's was an excellent experience and I would gladly travel 30 minutes to get good sushi again given the same options. I got the sashimi platter and it was all fantastic.“

“My goodness what a little hidden gem! First let me say everything I tried was amazing, but what blew me away was the cost. Everything was very affordable! Highly recommend the pork belly pancake. An explosion of flavor in your mouth. The people who run this place were so happy to see us even though I came in with about 8 people from my hiking group. They didn't huff or puff and were just so happy we were there.“

“Most of the sushi was excellent but there was a few pieces that had that fishy taste that you don't want. The rolls didn't hold together well when I picked them up, and the hot tea was atrocious. The miso soup and the tuna was very good. And I was supposed how clean and oceany the sea urchin tasted. The waitress was very nice and helped me pick out the fish.“

“My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day dinner. Man, the restaurant was packed! Full of couples sitting across from each other, with boiling broth all up in their grill. We did the All You Can Eat with hotpot and Korean BBQ. It comes with unlimited access to the sushi bar as well. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts. 😋“

“Nice soup, had hot & sour soup. Instead of crispy noodles, there were crispy chips. Would have preferred more portions wise but overall delicious. Still some good choices for lunch and it was pretty quick. Really enjoyed the decor and seating of dining room. Parking and getting in and out of the corner maybe a bit challenging during peak times.“
