“Just went thru the drive thru. The employee who was tending the window was super kind and had wonderful customer service. she made my day a little more brighter. Just wanted to stop and take a minute to recognize her and you guys for doing a wonderful job.“
“Great setting, near West Campus. Larger than many we've been in but with the same warmth, comfort and free wifi. Service was great. Fast too, in spite of a full house!\n\nLove that Starbucks offers small plate "snacks/ meals" as well as the usual sweets, nuts, and drink varieties.\n\n“
“It was late in the afternoon and I felt exhausted, my mind heavy with the stress of work. Terrell and his crew mate were closing up shop and of course I needed a coffee when they were closing. I felt bad about it, but he was polite and made a matcha latte. He was empathetic of my situation and proved to be a well rounded barista. Thank you Terrell. They do it right here. The matcha latte he made got me through my overnight shift. I hope he is my barista again the next time I order from here. It's not easy to come by hard workers like that.“
“Always a solid stop for my caffeine fix! The drinks are consistent and delicious, and the baristas at this location are especially friendly and efficient. Even when there’s a line, it moves quickly and my order is always right. The space is clean and cozy—great for grabbing coffee on the go or staying for a bit to get work done. I also appreciate the seasonal drinks and how easy the mobile ordering makes everything. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations!
