“Just went thru the drive thru. The employee who was tending the window was super kind and had wonderful customer service. she made my day a little more brighter. Just wanted to stop and take a minute to recognize her and you guys for doing a wonderful job.“

“It was late in the afternoon and I felt exhausted, my mind heavy with the stress of work. Terrell and his crew mate were closing up shop and of course I needed a coffee when they were closing. I felt bad about it, but he was polite and made a matcha latte. He was empathetic of my situation and proved to be a well rounded barista. Thank you Terrell. They do it right here. The matcha latte he made got me through my overnight shift. I hope he is my barista again the next time I order from here. It's not easy to come by hard workers like that.“
“We walked in at 635 needing 4 boxes of coffee....and they were able to deliver even though they were understaffed. Great experience all around, they were in good moods and smiling even though there were probably only half of the amount of people needed here!
