Starbucks in Upper Arlington

“This location has quickly become my favorite Starbucks in Columbus. Every morning I pull up NO LINE in the drive thru (can’t find that anywhereeee else) and if there is a line, it’s very small and stays moving very quick. Most mornings I’m pulling in, ordering and driving off in under 1 minute. The biggest thing for me is my refresher is always perfect!! It’s genuinely exhausting dealing with some of these other stores so I THANK YALL DEEPLY!!!“

“Great setting, near West Campus. Larger than many we've been in but with the same warmth, comfort and free wifi. Service was great. Fast too, in spite of a full house!\n\nLove that Starbucks offers small plate "snacks/ meals" as well as the usual sweets, nuts, and drink varieties.\n\n“

“It was late in the afternoon and I felt exhausted, my mind heavy with the stress of work. Terrell and his crew mate were closing up shop and of course I needed a coffee when they were closing. I felt bad about it, but he was polite and made a matcha latte. He was empathetic of my situation and proved to be a well rounded barista. Thank you Terrell. They do it right here. The matcha latte he made got me through my overnight shift. I hope he is my barista again the next time I order from here. It's not easy to come by hard workers like that.“
