Biscuits are not supposed to be hard Wendy's.....every time and I mean every single time I get a biscuit anything, the biscuit is hard a rock. If you are going to keep increasing pricing on everything then the quality NEEDS to be MUCH better. Your food now is pathetic. The honey buddy piece of chicken or whatever is the most disgusting piece of "chicken" I've ever had.
Wendys used to be good.
Not anymore.

Been here many times over 5 years and it is hit or miss. It's worse than ever the past 2 years. Most recently staff completely ignored any interaction inside despite making eye contact several times and me asking a question several times. They didn't say a word back, just spoke in a different language to a coworker while continuing to stare at me. Lack of basic respect, terrible service, subpar food. Clearly management and corporate don't care.

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this location around 7 PM on a Sunday. When I walked in, staff actively avoided me, so I took a moment to look at the menu. Eventually, an employee with a headset and gloves still on approached the register and asked, "What can I get for you?" As I started to order, he abruptly cut me off, yelling, "You can wait!" before storming off.

When he returned, I calmly asked, "What was that?"—only to be immediately told to leave the restaurant. I had done nothing wrong except try to order when prompted. As I was already walking toward the door, he even called for another employee to physically chase me out.

This wasn’t a case of being short-staffed or overly busy; it was pure hostility. A simple apology would have resolved the situation, but instead, I was threatened and removed for no reason. I will never return and will make sure others are aware of this treatment.

Additionally, I will be reporting to the health department, as the same gloves used for food prep were also used on the register.

I took the photo of the employee from outside the shop as he was telling another employee to chase me and I did not feel safe in the building.

The food was horrible the last few times I have eaten from this location. The staff is inattentive and all of my sandwiches and fries were massively overcooked and were clearly sitting for quite awhile under heat lamps as they were dried beef pucks and completely inedible.

Had a very nice visit! The manager T was super awesome to our kids and really made the stop awesome.. food was fresh, well made but when one of the kiddos didn't like the crabby patty sauce. They gave her a replacement! Definitely went above and beyond!

Went through the drive-through and was given cold old fries. Looked like they had been fished out of a trash can. It looked like they had been in the trash for 2 or 3 days. Wendys used to be good, but something has changed.

Don't order the chicken wrap here. It took 10 minutes, with most workers standing around. To cap that, it was not wrapped but an open tortilla. It was impossible to eat on the go.
