“Hubs and Friends threw fabulous retirement party for me there. Ample space for everything! We brought in corn hole boards, a DJ/Karoake, food and beverages. Very versatile rental that needs nothing (has suitable decor)or can bring in anything. I have also hosted a HS PROM there and we transformed it into a fairytale...Owner is very communicative and easy to work with. Allows plenty of time to set up and tear down when renting. Kitchen and bar are are great. No oven, but, microwave, large sink and counter area with large fridge. Troughs provided for drinks. Tables and chairs are abundant. Large screen TV, several sitting areas and restrooms. Great Hidden GEM in Urbana, Ohio!“
