“We came to Huli Huli in Powell to celebrate my birthday, and it was everything I hoped for and more! The atmosphere is relaxed yet upscale, with a tropical-chic vibe that makes you feel like you’re on a quick island getaway. We didn’t even need main dishes—our appetizers and drinks stole the show. The Bang Bang Broccoli was crispy, spicy perfection, and the Tiki Fries were so flavorful we cleaned the plate. Every bite was bold, unique, and absolutely delicious. Our server Jacob made the experience even better. He was friendly, professional, and perfectly timed with everything. He made us feel welcome and celebrated from start to finish. Whether you’re stopping in for apps and cocktails or planning a full dinner, Huli Huli is a must. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Love this place, but really? Kitchen closes at 9pm during Ohio State and Notre Dame Championship game that started at 730. It’s 9pm, the house is packed, not an empty seat, not even halftime and the kitchen is closed. And they call themselves the number one place to watch the Buckeyes…kitchen would be opened if I ran this place.“

We had Buffalo, BBQ, and Hot Garlic (that wasn’t mentioned on the menu, but our waitress told us about it ). Also had the cabbage and collard greens blend. Very good. Had some Cajun fries. They were delicious. Food came out hot. Will definitely be returning.“

I have no idea what it’s like between Thurs-Saturday; however, most of the week it’s pretty slow paced, but they do have the option to play the jukebox through your phone.

“My best friend and I were from Tennessee and were heading back from Michigan. The food was absolutely delicious! We had fish tacos and cheese pizza. We had Spinach dip for an appetizer. The Spinach dip was more on the sweet side for those that like that flavor profile.

The service was great! Our server was positive and attentive to us. I had something on one of my plates, and she immediately replaced it with no issues. The patio was nice and beautiful, and we hope to see them again the next time we visit 😁.“

“First off we love this place ! The food is soo sooo good! Get the garlic feta fries! However tonight was different unfortunately we had a issue with our card and they were already closing. Our waitress that served us was great another waitress gave my children a couple dollars to play the claw machine a guy from the back gave them some necklaces and stickers and they all patiently waited until we got our payment figured out! We were greeted by a very friendly hostess/server who immediately took our drink orders, in our case water and water with a generous serving of lemon slices. We both ended up ordering a Red Door cheeseburger and split an order of what I consider to be the BEST onion rings on the planet. The burgers were cooked perfectly and juicy as they could be. Neither of us were disappointed. I took home half of my burger and my son finished every bit of his while we both polished off the onion rings. “This is a great place to stop in. Its very open, has multiple pool tables, and a large bar area. Definitely a great place to get a few drinks and hang out. Only two problems for me are, ther service is usually slow. You'll be waiting awhile for a drink. Also, there drink selection, mainly for beers, is very limited. I went through 6 different beer options before she said they had one. Overall a fun place to be.“

From the second I walked in, they were moving like a NASCAR pit crew mixed with customer service ninjas. Every request got handled instantly, with zero attitude, and somehow they still kept it hilarious the whole time.

If management is reading this: I’m not being dramatic when I say Cody and K’Jon are the reason people come back. Give them a raise, give them a promotion, give them a key to the building, I don’t care.
