“Went to this location and drive thru lights were off at 730pm. I went inside and ordered. I ordered one of my drinks extra hot and the guy looked at me like I was from outer space claiming he didn't know how to do that. I explained to him you just steam the milk longer. There was another employee there with red curly hair. He was the most un-hygienic person I have seen in a while. Touching his hair and face constantly while making people's drinks the entire time. He was younger and face with pimples all over it. If your hair is always in your face then please wear a hat. It will at least eliminate that need to constantly touch your hair to wipe it out of your face and eyes. This store needs to retain its employees on sanitation!“
