“Solid, filling food. You really get what you pay for. It's got a friendly overall atmosphere, and it's never crowded or packed. Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).
Honestly can't go wrong coming here for solid grub.“

“Had the food delivered. The boneless wind were very good buffalo sauce was tasty. Blue cheese dip was by far the best I've had from anywhere. BBQ were good also.we had a chicken Philly minus tomato lettuce My mayo. Tasty. Philly cheese steak no tomato lettuce mayo onions and green peppers.added extra mushroom and banana peppers also very tasty. First time we tried. Definitely would order again.“

“Charleys is always my go to when I don't know what to eat. I have the rewards and I definitely utilize it. I have been to 4 different charleys in my area and all of them have been amazing. “I came in maybe 4 months ago and one of the employees said to the others "I don't know how the f you guys' can stand people watching you while you make food." One of the employees replied it didn't really bother him and the guy went on, "I can't f stand it. Really I can't stand it. I hate it."

I was standing near the register but I wasn't watching them and it still made me uncomfortable.

Fast forward to a few days ago, Barbara was working, and man, she just has the best personality I've seen in a while in an employee and it seemed so genuine. For her I leave this good review.

“We enjoyed our visit.The prices are just tad high.The food was really good though,and I liked the cheese sauce withmy waffle fries.The man who took our order wasnice and helpful.The lobby REALLY could have usedsome attention as all of the tables weredirty and trash was scattered around.It sure is a busy place as well.Oh, by the way, they've got lemonade and fruit punch. If you mix 2 parts lemonade and 1 part fruit punch... you get Sweetarts.?“

“I had a cheesesteak BTE and I asked that they not put a whole gob of onions on it and they did exactly as I asked...and it was DELICIOUS! The best cheesesteak I have had in a while, mainly becuz it wasnt drowning in grease. Please keep listening to your customers & making delicious food!!! I will definitely eat here again☺️“

“I have not had Penn Station in years, so we thought we would give it a try. I had the regular cheesestake, we shared a large fry, and I had the sweet tea. The sandwich was very good, the fries were even better, a large fry can feed three people, and the sweet tea was really good as well. Staff was friendly and the food came quick. Highly recommend this location“

“Ordered online, was ready when I got there, food was good. I'm happy with it. I always stick to the roman burgers and wafer fries with cheese. It's one of those franchises that still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Prices are way too high to eat there often though, even with a discount it was still expensive, but can't blame them, that's everywhere now, but seriously look for coupons in the paper before going. The guy there was nice and friendly and this seams to be a clean location, didn't dine in but wouldn't hesitate to eat there. One negative is the Mr Hero App is awful, there should be an easier way to find your order. Next time I'll print the email I got so I don't have trouble finding the order number next time.“
