“We ordered To-Go right before closing. Chicken was not as fresh tasting for that reason only. The grilled peppers and onions, however, were freshly made before my eyes because they were out and were very delicious! This was my first time trying a “Hot Head Burritos” in Ohio. It was good for the late night order and the customer service was fantastic!“

“This is a good HotHead location, the younger workers are very polite and provide excellent service.

There’s an older woman worker though that regularly harasses the younger workers in front of customers, has zero friendly charm at all, and is the least polite of all workers. I rarely see her, so I give the location a 4star, but when she’s there it kinda ruins the experience and I have to get it “to-go”.“
