“Night crew is always awesome at this location. Always friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want on your bowls and burritos. I've had issues with management from another location, occasionally he comes in when they're short staffed and he gives small portions, then up-charges and argues when you ask to have it corrected... But I don't blame the normal staff for his customer service issues. Absolutely my go to location!“

“The food was great; seriously might have been the best food I've ever had at a Hot Head. The vegetable saute and the fajita vegs were fresh and cooked correctly (not mushy or crunchy). Everything was fresh, but I was particularly thrilled with the vegs getting taken care of - I frequently see the squash in its pan on the hot line and it looks like its been in there for six hours. The staff was efficient and worked well together during the busy lunch hour. The dining room and self service drink station were tidy and stocked properly. It was a wonderful experience and those ladies deserve recognition for the obvious care they put in to their work.“

“We ordered To-Go right before closing. Chicken was not as fresh tasting for that reason only. The grilled peppers and onions, however, were freshly made before my eyes because they were out and were very delicious! This was my first time trying a “Hot Head Burritos” in Ohio. It was good for the late night order and the customer service was fantastic!“
