“We ordered To-Go right before closing. Chicken was not as fresh tasting for that reason only. The grilled peppers and onions, however, were freshly made before my eyes because they were out and were very delicious! This was my first time trying a “Hot Head Burritos” in Ohio. It was good for the late night order and the customer service was fantastic!“

“Night crew is always awesome at this location. Always friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want on your bowls and burritos. I've had issues with management from another location, occasionally he comes in when they're short staffed and he gives small portions, then up-charges and argues when you ask to have it corrected... But I don't blame the normal staff for his customer service issues. Absolutely my go to location!“

“I think chipotle has better ingredients, but hot head is way more customizable! Love all the sauces and flavor profiles. My go to order is a burrito with white rice, pinto beans, chicken and steak with the spicy and queso add sour cream and cheese then get it toasted! ?“
