Great for a tourist or visitor to small town of Vermilion. We had lunch and service was great. Food was good and not overly noteworthy. Overall just not greatest value for your dollar IMO. For me - I’m always thinking value and that’s why I gave Pavilion 4 stars. As someone that lives local, If someone really wanted to go there again I would go, but I would never suggest it as an option. Wouldn’t be a regular option for me.
Perfect except bring sunglasses in case you sit near the door facing south. Clean place! Veggie bake breakfast was flavorful, every bite. The green aioli set it off wonderfully. I walked away fulfilled, but not stuffed. Coffee refills frequent, but not hovering or chatty service. Great!

I have tried both dinner/lunch items and breakfast items.The brussel sprouts are the most delicious item.The cinnamon roll was soft & perfectly done.However I only gave them 4 stars because there have been some items I feel could use improvement.The French toast with ricotta-the French toast portion was cooked to perfection however the ricotta topping was lacking in flavor.Also the veggie burger could be tastier.Overall a very good establishment, atmosphere eating in is awesome...read full review
