We have a fantastic time here. The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. The food was fresh and quality ingredients. The environment was cozy and quaint. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area! I would also suggest reservations as it was extremely busy Saturday night.

Wine was good. Not pleased with dinner (risotto and scallops). Pricey, not tasty, and small amount on a tiny plate (~4"w x "9L). Scallops were ok, but small and risotto was bland and not cooked correctly...grain was hard throughout.

We had a lovely night at the wine vault. We sat at the bar and Hailey took good care of us. We ordered the lettuce wraps. They’re really tasty and delicious. However, they won’t be on the menu because they’re switching to the winter menu now. But they’ll be back.

We LOVE the wine vault. The staff is always so welcoming and make great recommendations. Every time we go we get the fish board, and you should do the same. Each part is the best version of that type of fish I’ve ever had. The lobster roll, scallops, burger, beef tartare, surf and turf, sea bass, all their entrees are delicious. The lemon blueberry cheesecake is also top notch, be sure to save room for it! I would’ve included a picture of that but it didn’t last long!

Put simply, this restaurant served me the best meal I've had in as long as I can remember. Having just finished eating there, I quite literally cannot call to mind a meal I've ever had that was better. The steak and lobster in the surf and turf were both so beautifully tender and well-seasoned that I'm forced to wonder what every OTHER restaurant is doing wrong. The lobster bisque balances the simplicity and comfort inherent in such a dish with a level of rich complexity that completely blindsided me in the best possible way. And all this is said without even mentioning the beer selection- i was just served the first IPA that I've ever actually enjoyed. This isn't for lack of trying, I just haven't been able to get into IPA's until being served one recommended by the owner of this restaurant (off of their summer menu). I am genuinely walking away from this meal with a new found respect for something I've never fully been able to understand, and a new found appreciation for a few dishes I've loved since childhood. The least surprising thing about the entire meal was learning that the place has been in business for 11 years. I would've expected nothing less.

We stopped in on a Friday without a reservation and Josh worked us in at the bar. So glad he did, as we enjoyed a wonderful dining experience. The Filet and Seabass dinners were both excellence and the restaurant offers a good selection of wines to pair.
Josh and Maggie are welcoming hosts and Leanne and I had such a great evening, we stopped on Saturday for a night cap. We will definitely return the next time we are in town.
If you are anywhere near Vermilion, stop by; you won't regret it.

First time in tonight and we definitely will be going back. The atmosphere is cozy and makes it feel more secluded. The owners are amazing and the staff is great. For me they have a great beer section of craft and imported to select from and also offers a flight set up how every you choose. The food selection was great and the portions where spot on. You are able to have three or four portions and leave perfectly full. The risotto balls as an app was so good followed by the lobster bisque witch was also very good. For our meals it was the surf an turf witch was cooked perfectly with very good flavors and not over powering to take away from the dish. All and all it was a very good experience and would definitely recommend and will be going back again.
