The shake I ordered was not overly sweet and nothing artificial. I was worried about the flavor being overly sweet but that did not happen. I’m impressed.“
“I seriously cannot say enough good things about this location. I know it is “only“ an ice cream shop, but sometimes something like that can really make your day so much better especially when you have kids. The owner of this business is one of the last normal business owners that I know of that exists. He actually cares if he retains his customers and treats people with respect, and is actually genuinely thankful and appreciative of their patronage. It is so common to be mistreated by business owners, and managers that when I encounter someone like this man, it really makes me so grateful. I hope that this place stays in business for many many years to come because they deserve all the success in the world. They always go above and beyond to make things right even when something is just a small inconvenience such as being out of your favorite ice cream flavor. The owner volunteered to mix in the items by hand just because I was disappointed. I am a little embarrassed to admit that, because it kind of makes me sound like a food obsessed fatty. But I really want everyone to understand what a wonderful place this is. And their ice cream is simply the best. I live like 15 mins away and pass H AND DQ. I will always drive the extra few miles to come here. The people who work here are always polite, kind, and always let you know they are happy you have chosen to come there. “Wow. I wanted a strawberry ? milkshake and when my partner went to order he was told about a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. Sooooo good. Also, this size is a monster. It was seriously huge. I had to put it in the freezer at home and have some more the next day. He had a banana split and that looked amazing, too. He said it was delicious. I was surprised at how affordable it was, as well, with how big my shake was, the split, and our childs ice cream dish. This is definitely a place I recommend for cold treats and we will definitely be going there again.“
“I love that they have food and ice cream. The ice cream is good. They offer delicious food. I stopped in over the summer to get different things. If you get food though the wait is easily 10-20 minutes. I love the cider slushie. I usually get mine in Navarre but this is just as good. I just wish times they were open toward the end of the season made more sense, but I know that the teens that work there have a lot going on with school.“

“Being new to town, this was our first visit to Katie's Korner. We were thrown for a loop by the "Cash Only" requirement but there's an ATM at 7/17 Credit Union half a mile away. The portions are generous and the ice cream was delish!“
“Not all DQs are the same. This one is awesome! The blizzards are mixed to the bottom and full of the flavors so you don't end up with a plain but delicious half cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Thank you! In all the years of going to this one 4 Blizzard's at a time. I did finally get 1 made wrong I swung around they remade it quickly with apologies all the way around, still the best. We aren't there for an expensive product just good food at a decent price and you get just what you asked for. Sometimes mistakes happen, I have 2 teens they'll tell you all about my mistakes, we apologize make it right and move on. Life is too short to be angry about getting chocolate when you want vanilla. Started to take Starboii every once in awhile to get a quick bite of vanilla soft serve to the point where he waits for me to put it in his cup holder <3 staff is always friendly and I'm glad they work there!“
“This is specifically for DQ Austintown, Ohio! Sure, this is not a Brazier per se, they don't sell fried food such as french fries, burgers, chicken. The service inside is adequate but I've only gone in once. On the other hand the drive-thru is fairly quick and courteous with pleasant folks serving your order and taking your payment. I use the drive-thru at this DQ frequently. It's a double lane drive-thru so you need to be careful of other drivers, they could be a problem. The overall place is clean, neat and they have a huge array of cakes and other treats in the frozen food cases inside.“
“Locally owned by our lovely neighbor's family. It's great to have a local owned business that also gives great service and has lots to offer. Saturdays they have a six pack of Dilly Bars or ice cream sandwiches and get a second pack half off. Cherry Dillys and Ice cream sandwiches. YUM! They keep them behind the counter, not in the freezer case. I was a goof and looked all over before I knew LOL. Go get some ice cream!!!“
“Great Fantastic Stupendous Deliciously Tasty Treat! The monthly flavors are always awesome ..if you see one you think you may want to try DO IT as once they sell out that's it, they're gone. BONUS... There's a really neat putt-putt course there too.. looks like a mini mountain.. nice little treat for the kids or even a nostalgic adult date night or group of friends. “This is my favorite this to get from dairy queen before i try all the food menu items from DQ next year for smash it foodie XL. the employees were super friendly and the food was done well . there was a little wait but trust me its worth it. “Nick's DQ is a throwback retro style DQ. He and his team are always friendly and courteous. Some may not agree because they can get overwhelmed at times at peak hours but they will always treat you with the utmost courtesy. My family and our four fur kids made going there a regular event during sunny summer days, and Nick would always be welcoming. Sadly we'll be hard pressed to find another DQ like his, since we're moving. We'll miss the good treats and good times.“
