“I am recommending the Sprouted Spelt Bread as well as the Sprouted Biblical Spelt Bread made with Lentil and Miller Flour. They are all organically grown. I discovered the Spelt bread at DLM in Centerville, it was so great that I went back to buy some more but they did not have any more. So I ordered from Berlin Natural Bakery…6 breads at the time, as well as flours and sweeter things. I would love to visit the Bakery some time! “The Burger Bar is fabulous. Not just burgers! It's a bbq bar! Burgers, Pulled pork, 2 different kinds of chicken, even had fish. I don't remember the sides that were available other than the beans - really good beans! Who has time for a bunch of sides when you have a meat smorgasbord?!! Not me!”
