Explain how this cup of “Soup” is $4.50 it’s not even half full! It was cold, it was thicker than max and cheese!! These fries are sure not worth $3 and we’re also cold!! When I called to complain I was NOT happy! I should’ve gotten a full refund! I even offered to bring the food back! The “manager” said no. I eat from Bob evans 1-3 times a week!!
