Drove up to the drive thru, their were customers ahead of me and when I finally got up to order the girl said they were stopping orders through the drive thru and I asked for how long and she said oh about 20 minutes......I just drove off. Truly disappointed!
Absolutely amazing service! I called after our soccer team won their away game and asked about their lobby hours (at 9:30) The manager Alex who answered the phone told me the lobby was closed due to short staffing but would open it back up for us when the bus arrived. I was in total shock when he told me that he would accept us, granted we only got frostys. However that was a very upstanding act on his and the rest of the crews behalf. GREAT JOB WAPAK WENDYS! The guy who waited on us was very polite. He gets 5 stars. However the restaurant was absolutely filthy. The carpet was nasty, the tables were unwashed and the ketchup was dried on the tables.
