The quality of the food is spot on. I received all parts of the order. And, the customer service has been good both times. I only have two issues. If I pay for eight chicken wings or eight cheese sticks, I should not recieve only six wings or sticks. Also, the fried cheese sticks aren't bad but, they're not good either. Breading is too thin and has no flavor. Arby's cheese sticks completely destroys them with that perfectly crisp, flavorful breading.Overall, this is a massive improvement over the old location. I just wish my rewards points hadn't expired while waiting for the new place to open.Old reviewI'm a long time customer and a huge fan of Pizza Hut but, I'm done with this location. They close the store on random days. They are always short staffed and scrambling to get everything done. I've had several times where my delivery turned into a carryout because I drove there after waiting for an hour with nobody answering the phone. Today, I try to place an order through the app, it failed and nobody answers the phone. Wapakoneta, Ohio Pizza Hut, learn how to do business or shut it down so someone competant can take your place.“
