I just want to shout out Zoe!!! 🎉🫶🏼 she is the nicest & sweetest soul. she truly goes above & beyond making each visit memorable. always so happy & smiling! I typically visit Nova 2-Go on my lunch break & it makes my day when I see Zoe is there to serve me. she is such an asset to Nova. her hospitality is unmatched! you can tell she truly enjoys her job & cares for all those who stop through. I wanted to express my appreciation for my employer at Nova Coffee......one of my cats is in need of surgery and in addition to the emotional toll and stress of having a sick pet, it is also costly to make him well....I received a message from my boss John Ramsey that he is willing to help with some of the vet bill....i have never had a boss/friend be so gracious....so to all you naysayers out there (you know who you are), you got it wrong ... This was our first time visiting this little coffee shop in downtown Warren, Courthouse Square area. The vibe at Nova is everything. Great service! Wonderful recommendations, good music, fantastic coffee & food! We’ll be back! 🙏🏼💖
