Large menu with butterburgers, fried seafood items, sandwiches and a variety of sides including cheese curds, pretzel bites, steamed veggies etc.
Frozen custard has its own menu too - as is, in a mixer, float etc. Had a small 2- toppings - too much for me and very sweet.

Pricing got confusing for me but was explained patiently by an employee - burger and fries have a combined price, prime sides have additional charge, drink has a price. Very friendly staff.
After ordering, got a number for our table and food was brought to us.
We liked the food. Wisconsin burger was not salty, not heavy/greasy. Fish sandwich too. Self-serve fountain drinks - they have their brand rootbeer but tasted similar to other brands.

“Kreischer Late Night (possibly changing its name soon) has improved it's offerings and value immensely over the course of this year. It started as overpriced and took nearly an hour to get your food, and now there is more options available, like pizza, pasta, burgers, salads, and more. It is also a lot cheaper, taking meal swipes for those on campus. It's still a bit dated, but overall quite enjoyable for campus dining now“

“Living in Michigan we do not have Waffle House and I have been wanting to try Waffle House after hearing so many great stories. This past weekend we were in Dayton Ohio. We stopped at the Waffle House in Bowling Green OH for breakfast on our way to Dayton. When we walked in we were greated by locals and waitstaff. The vibe was so friendly. The minute we sat down Brooke our waitress came to take our order. The All Star breakfast was great. Love the hash browns and the waffle was so flavorful and fluffy. They even made fresh DeCaf Coffee for me. Waffle house was a delicious treat. On our way back home on Monday we stopped again for breafast and Brooke was our waitress again! This time I tried a biscuit egg sandwich. Best Bisquick ever. Thank you Brooke for a great Waffle House Experience and to all the staff and customers who make Waffle House special. I come in very often and I would consider myself a 1-2 time/week regular. If anyone gives the place less than 4 or 5 stars, I would be appalled. Ambiance reminded me of a bar near home, but this place was more delightful and spacious. They have a NICE pool table (free pool and Sundays and Mondays too!) The bartender who served us was good.

I ordered the Bourbon Pulled Pork (Under Doc Specialty). I was surprised to be honest, I didn’t expect the portion to be THIS big?! I had to use both hands- I used the fries to eat what dropped out. The sauce was better than the food truck we stopped at earlier in the day during intermission.
If you haven’t eaten much during the day and want something to pair well with a beer, this would be it!

“The service let us down on this visit. We arrived for dinner at 7:30 p.m. It took longer than usual for our server to present herself, and then to bring our drinks to the table. I ordered the sharable Biscuit Beignets, and somehow, I think they got added to our order as Fried Okra. By the time I got them, they were for dessert! I'm not sure it was a misunderstanding or not, but my order for an unsweet tea was delivered as a sweet tea. That happens. No biggy. Yet, it took far too long for the replacement to be at my table. My wife asked for some additional ranch for her salad, and by the time it came out it was time to go. I have no complaints about the food. I love the Maple Bacon Chicken dinner. I love that plate! My wife had meatloaf, and all the food met our expectations. This restaurant has some issues in the service sector.“

“Seriously weird experience at our local Red Robin in Bellingham today. When I spend $25 a plate for food for 4 people I expect to have actual silverware to eat with. 3 of the meals came with food you cannot eat with your fingers (salad and macaroni and cheese). We had to asked for silverware. We waited, and we waited, and our waitress came back and delivered a milkshake to the table next to us and yet we still waited and finally she informed us they were washing forks for us. What? Then one of the gals from the welcome station brought over a wrapped plastic fork and gave to the person at our table that only ordered a salad and someone else delivered a metal spoon to the person at our table that had macaroni and cheese. The third member of our table that had a salad and a burger sat and waited. Finally, another server came holding napkins in front of her like they were a silver platter, and I heard several people remarking that "they had found one!" That person delivered the napkins with two steak knives and one metal fork to our table. The restaurant was not busy, there were only a handful of people in there and so it's not like there was a sudden run on forks. I honestly felt like we needed to take the fork and each one of us have our picture taken with it since apparently there's only one at this location. As we walked out, I noted a woman in our section that had ordered a bowl of something eating with a plastic fork. I don't think i'm going back anytime soon. Marginally ok food in a rundown establishment and plastic utensils? Our server was very pleasant although I wish she would have told us that there was a problem with us having enough silverware to eat with without part of us being halfway through our meal before all of us got to eat.“
