The crust is the perfect thickness & has a great crunch at the end, the sauce is AMAZING, the cheese is unique & delicious, & the cook is the perfect amount of doneness. The cinnamon sticks are super fluffy when most places have chewy ones. I recommend extra icing!

I agree that the policy of having to show your payment card & ID is outdated & unnecessary, and they also cut unevenly sized slices, but both of these flaws are negligible to me.
