“Came on a quiet Sunday and Jaqueline was our server, she immediately gave us 5 star service pulling out our chairs, sitting us by the fireplace and giving us the most amazing wine slushie sample! The vibe is so cozy and sweet, food was 10/10. Some of the things we wanted were unavailable but it totally didn’t matter bc they made up for it. The wine is amazing and we will def be back!“

“I love pizza. I like almost every pizza I can get my hands on but I really really love Vito’s Pizza. Not only is their pizza beyond delicious, they also employ awesome people. They are consistently friendly and polite, but what’s more, they obviously enjoy where they work. It’s genuinely a fun and happy atmosphere.
Did I mention they make the extraordinarily delicious pizza??“

“Atmosphere terrific, we sat outdoors, food awesome, staff fabulous, Kendra was awesome, just didn't care for the smoking on the patio, right after we got our food. It was like eating from an ash tray.“

“Emma, the team lead that was helping work. The dining area was absolutely phenomenal. We had a few mishaps in our order and she took the time to figure out what was missing and also was able to do it in a timely matter. We really appreciate the service we were given and emma deserves a raise. She was absolutely phenomenal.“

Like many chains, there are differences, sometimes subtle and sometimes blatant, between specific locations. My favorite Panera location is in Perrysburg, the other side of the Maumee River from this location. This Maumee location is open, airy, and welcoming… yet colder, less clean and tidy, and slower than Perrysburg and a few others.

We frequently go into places, already familiar, with the place and menu, and even knowing what we’re planning to order… but we still like to ask for recommendations. The girl at the counter cringed a bit while saying, “I really don’t like our sandwiches, but I’m not much of a sandwich girl.” I always appreciate honesty, but I was not expecting that.

Overall, a good visit. If this location had been my first impression of Panera, I’d be pleased, and also pleased to return.“

“I had heard good things about the buffet but after seeing it we decided it wasn't worth it and very small. Only about 4 pizza choices, bread sticks, 2 soup choices and traditional salad bar. We decided to order from the menu which was a mistake I guess as well because they proceeded to get our pizza incorrect after 2 attempts and we had to ask for the meatballs that were supposed to be on my daughter's spaghetti and meatballs multiple times. Finally they just let our nephew eat off the buffet because we had already waited for a second pizza that still wasn't right and we did finally get the worlds smallest meatballs for my daughter. The pizza that we did eat was good but the whole experience left us not wanting to go back.“

“Called in a larger order and the guy on the phone was very helpful with the amount of people & how many pizzas to order!!When I arrived I was greeted by the friend staff & they had all my food ready and even helped me carry it out to my car!The pizza was so fresh hot and delicious! I definitely recommend them and do yourself a favor and get extra ranch it’s so good!
