“Stopped in after a movie...first time for us. We are not wine drinkers, happy to see other drinks on the menu. We loved our seat by the fireplace, love the heavy duty tables and chairs.

It was clean and we were greeted. Our server was Hanah-she delivered a great experience. The french onion soup was very tasty and my husband got the burger. Everything was excellent. Thank you.“

“We met here for a managers meeting and it worked out great. There was the perfect seating out of the way so we didn't have to worry about bothering others.
I personally am still adjusting to this new world of limited human contact in customer service, I'm not a fan. You place your order on a computer and pick your order up at the counter all with no interaction with an employee.
Overall the location served it's purpose and it was a pleasant experience.“

“Eclectic decor in a super cool old building that was the first building in Downtown Toledo to be wired for electricity! Wow we sent our compliments to the chef, everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. “Let me tell you something.... I got out to eat often, and none of these high dollar restaurants come close to matching the energy, happiness and delight that the staff had here today. Its Chick Fil A, the foods always good... but this was one of my first times ever eating inside of one, and the service I received was impeccable. Young man walked around and refilled our drinks, took care of trash trays, young lady at register was super super friendly. All around, impeccable experience. Keep it up!“

“It was Valentine's evening, had a Xmas gift card for Longhorn. It was packed inside and out at 6 pm, a 3 1/2 hour wait for seating. We left and called Olive Garden on Reynolds Rd. They had a one hour wait, we placed an order for pick up and it was ready at 7:20 as promised. Our dinners were perfect, hubby had salmon and I had chicken fettuccine, the food was hot and the staff sent the sides they serve in house - salad & dressing, breadsticks, etc. We had a delicious meal and we praise and thank the staff who were awesome.“

“I've not been to this location. I just want everyone to know this is the best food I ever had (and im a big time foodie). We miss you Piada in Michigan!! The one in Troy MI used to have a big line at lunch wrapped around the building even day. What happened? Go here and the food will not disappoint! I may have to travel to Toledo just for Piada! “The food was hot fresh and amazing! The young man who served us was so wonderful. I can’t remember his name but he was a scholarship winner from chick-fil-a. He was very kind, and asked how we were doing which was very thoughtful as our baby was in the hospital at the time. We would definitely go here over the other location in town.“

“We were able to have some amazing Doc’s Rib Cage food at a party, and it was all hot and tasty! The staff was wonderful to work with, and the Mac and cheese, chicken chunks, and shredded pork were especially delicious! The portions were huge, so we got to have awesome leftovers too!“

It would be best to pull the table away from the curtain and minimize any additional decorations to allow more comfortable space...slightly larger tables or pull them away from the wall would also provide less cramped experience“

“This Panera is inside Entrance B of the hospital, for anyone else who is confused trying to find it like I was. The food was exactly as expected for Panera, which means my soup and bread was delicious. I love the broccoli cheddar. It would be much more convenient to eat here if there were more (or any) signs on the hospital campus telling you where it is.“
