The food was overpriced and it didn't have much meat on the food nothing what it looked like. We was outside maybe the service would have been better inside.

WOW! We were surprised by how nice this place is. It is much larger than it appears from the road. Food was very good and the choices are far more the your typical Mexican restaurant. Friendly and fast service. If you live in the area this is your spot. If you don't it is worth the drive just to see what is different and try the amazing food. Highly recommended we will certainly be back.

Terrible service we had one person that didn't get their meal till everyone was done. Server could not understand anything we said. Did not come back and check on order. Drink orders were wrong. We had a 200.00 bill and manager said could only take 15 % off a charge card. Place is a joke. So disappointed. I'm just at a loss for words worst service ever. Do not go there for a special occasion. This was not a weekend. Monday night not crowded at all.

First of all, we didn't even order one star at best. Second of all it was $16 for 2 kids. Meal drinks and a mellow yellow. They forgot my daughter, sweet tea. So we didn't even get that and paid $16 we left. They so charged us the $16 for the drinks. Over $5 for some carbonated beverages and 2 of which work kids meals and they never came back to the table to take our orders we're service ever. I don't recommend going here. You should be shut down.

So my wife and I have been here about 9 times within 2 months
Most of the times the service has been great.
The biggest concern I have is the lack of knowing one visit to the next on how the food or drinks will arrive
Last night the ran out of pineapples on our favorite drinks., dont tell us and then charge us full price for a drink that is not how it should be made,
one week it has small fruit slices in it, the next it does not.

El Rancho Grande has always been my hometown favorite, and Socorro reminded me exactly why. He’s a quiet guy, but his service speaks volumes. Fast, efficient, and on point the entire time. Drinks stayed full, food came out quick, and he handled everything with total professionalism. You can tell he’s a pro. Easily one of the best servers I’ve had anywhere. Ask for Socorro—you won’t be disappointed.
