Sadly, this wasn't my greatest experience as I have had in the past. It seems that whatever company is running this chain is letting things go downhill. Food was good and service was great but I remember the days when there were lots of patrons and the place was packed. The floors were sticky with my shoes sticking on not only the tile but the carpet too, ewww, it felt gross! We've eaten at Bravo many times. Would like to see some changes to the menu. Seems like it's been the same for a long time. Lower calorie options would be nice. I know that's hard to do with pasta. I did try the new Strawberry balsamic salad. I was really tasty. The thing that made this experience so good was Stephanie, our server.
