Chick-fil-A in West Chester

“This is a very busy Chick-fil-a. Close to Kings Island, the traffic is heavy and the parking lot is tiny, however, the staff was very friendly, as I’ve found with many Chick-fil-a’s. The food was on point as well. I tried the Spicy chicken this time. I wasn’t overly impressed, I think I’d rather have the original, but it was still very good. If you’re like me and have to have Chick-fil-a whenever you’re nearby one, fight the traffic and stop in!“

“Always so organized and polite. Let’s you get lunch even during breakfast hours and is dedicated to great customer service. Franchise owner also sends out rewards on the app often! ❤️ only complaint is sometimes the buns are too steamed/soggy for my liking by the time you open your sandwich 🤷‍♀️“

“Stopped here with my young grandkids. I bought them milkshakes and a box of chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Do you think I got to eat any of the nuggets or fries. Nope. These kids are picky eaters but they love Chick-fil-A. Ended up buying another large box of nuggets and fries and they ate them as well. On top of that the staff was very nice, talked to my grandkids, and cleaned up a spill all while smiling. Nice job all!“
