You don’t see this at drive thrus these days!Also, people should realize that you can get things like real eggs and broccoli cooked to order at Big Boy.I’m actually a regular weight lifter and in good shape, and by far Big Boy is the only drive thru set up for someone like me. Plenty of room for assisted movement devices.The wait staff either love their jobs or are well compensated (possibly both) because every one was quick and timely, polite, friendly, smiling and wonderful to see.What a delight to be cared for by such sweet people.Despite being busy during brunch the hostess cleaned a just-emptied table in the corner for my son and I so he could watch the train chug around the room. She could have had us wait, that was kind of her.The food is fantastic! Well balanced portions and delicious! Fairly priced too!I had the wrap with fruit and a grilled muffin. Wow! My tummy is content! My son had a scrambled egg, oancakes bigger than his head and most of my fruit.The menu is a nicely manageable sice with just the right amount of options and the pricing is fair, in my opinion.10/10 I can't wait to come back.Parking: The parking lot is rough and busy but under repair. There is a curb, humans with assisted mobility devices be aware the parkinglot is rough but the restaurant is very well kept, plenty of room for a wheelchair or electric chair as there are tables and booths and wide aisles.Kid-friendliness: Every wait-person who came by our table was friendly and kind with a smile, even servers at other tables had a noticibly friendly attitude.Wheelchair accessibility: The aisles are wide and there are both boothes and tables w/ chairs making it easy to maneuver. The bathrooms are large and ground level.“
“My husband and I have visited several Frisch's in the suburbs of Cincinnati, and the freshest, hottest, best prepared food is the Frisch's on Mason Montgomery Road. The food is cooked at the time of ordering so the food is hot and fresh. They are consistent at being the best. Also, the servers are friendly and fast.I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program as it is wonderful! You get a free dessert just for signing up. Then you get free food very often. This has to be the best reward system going.You won't be disappointed when you order the 2 piece cod sandwich or a big boy with extra tartar sauce. The fries are fresh and hot.They also have a blackboard with names on it, and if your name is on it, you get your food for free. The board is changed daily. My husband, Tim's name, was on it last week, and he received a sandwich, fries, and drink for free. Very nice!I am glad this restaurant exists!!“

“This place is a hidden gem! No better place in the city to get soul food than Catherine's. I had the hot wings, which are not for the faint of heart (if you don't like spice, I would recommend just getting BBQ wings) I loved the spice on them and they were very juicy. The wings are made to order as well as a few other items on the menu, including their burgers. Catherine also told me she didn't have the normal fries that she would use, so she CUT A POTATO and made fries from scratch! Talk about above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back, and bringing friends, I recommend you guys check this place out!!“

“Stopped in late one night. The server seated is and went to get us water. We ordered and went to get salad. Even moments before they would close they were courteous and kind. The salad bar was good. It was very late but it was quiet and peaceful.“
“Fun place to visit, food is good. The Sunday morning lunch crowd was very loud. The decibel meter on my phone registered from 82-110 decibels, with sustained over 100. The wonderful waitress couldn't even hear us to take our orders. I'd gladly go back when there isn't a crowd!“

Husband had French toast and sausage. Would highly recommend this place for food. Only negative was the bathroom was very outdated and not very great. Salad bar $9.99. French toast and sausage $8.99“
