“I’ve lived in Cincy for 3 years and probably DoorDash Kanak twice a month. Funny enough, I’ve never actually been in. However, the food is always phenomenal! Love the chicken korma, aloo saag, chicken tikka masala, chicken makhani, and the bharta. Garlic naan is always a hit too.“

“Food was very good, all type of Indian food can be found here. No issues with our food at all, this is the closet thing to make you feel like you are eating this in India.“

“Love that it was all vegan except one yogurt chutney! Even had vegan rice pudding which I love and haven't been able to eat, cuz cow pus. Food was tasty, with flavor bomb chutneys for anything lacking. Gobi Manchurian was good, as was noodles and channa. Ppl were friendly and spacious. Would return!“

“I've been searching for a restaurant that I can eat my favorite dish without worrying about my severe nut allergy. They make nuts an addition instead of incorporating into the food. Also, it's super yummy!“

“This neighborhood place has really good, nutritious food, good portions without feeling like they are skimping on the ingredients, just the right amount of spice and excellent service. Also pretty remarkable is the number of people stopping by to pick up food. Clearly a neighborhood favorite!“

“Very good food.... one of the very few indian restaurants which provides authentic indian food which indian people will like. The weekend lunch buffet is must try. Only down is its crowded during weekend lunch hours so it might take a wait of 15-20 mins. They have a live Dosa counter during lunch buffet. I will recommend.“

“Brij Mohan is a great spot for authentic Indian flavors. Their Papri Chaat and Dahi Poori are outstanding — crisp, tangy, and perfectly spiced. The Tarka Dal is flavorful and feels just like home-cooked comfort food.
The only miss was the chai, which was quite average and could use some improvement to match the rest of their menu. Overall, a wonderful experience with friendly service and great value — definitely worth visiting for a true taste of India in Cincinnati!“

“Have been going here few times every year - food was always pretty good and the price was not over the top... I like they combined the Thai and Indian restaurants together and you can now mix both cuisines from the same table (seating was just 4-5 small tables at Ravis before). And glad the food is equally good no matter which cuisine. You can sit anywhere you want but recommend the Thai side to the right which seems to be more upscale although it's the same waiting staff who btw were pretty quick (after they combined, went once for a weekday lunch and recently for a weekday dinner).
Noting that there are a LOT more tables between the two places now (30?)- so I can see how they could get overloaded during peak times unless they have more than 2 waiters? And they are good folks - don't expect it to be like a corporate run place.“

“1st time visiting Namaste and it was a good experience. The employee went over the menu with me telling me about items and suggesting a favorite. She let me choose spice level. I like spicy so I chose medium. Whoo hooo. So hot. LOL. But still enjoyable. While I waited I browsed the unique items in the store. My favorite thing, I ordered to go and when I got home I found the entree was plastic wrapped to prevent to sauce from leaking in case it got turned over (which has happened at other restaurants). Great service. Check them out.“

“I have been missing samosas, biriyani and dal mahkani since I was in Owings Mills, MD. I am a veggie samosa regular, so I decided to go during lunch hours. I was very pleasantly surprised with the portion AND price. Lovepreet was so kind and broke down everything for me so I could know what to expect. As I saw, my chicken biryani sans nuts and raisins was AMAZING. The chicken was a tiny bit dry...but still tasty. She explained the different ways I could have it prepared. The dal makhani was my FAVORITE. FLAVORFUL, FLAVORFUL, FLAVORFUL. I mixed with with my biriyani, had half a samosa (they are huge but you get 2) and will be back to dine in. I love supporting my Desi brothers and sisters and I live nice and close.“
