Went late, right before close and got a coffee. Had to compliment the staff, and a gentleman who I think was the manager. Very helpful and efficient!
Why have a rapid pick up rack if I have to stand at the window and wait for you to notice me to ask for my order? It was done 2-5 minutes before I came to get it. Just get rid of the rack if you aren’t going to use it.
I’d like more common courtesy for how my food is made 😒 this has been multiple times kinda sad
