“They went above and beyond for me here. It was my first time at this location. I asked for a cold brew pumpkin foam in a decaf version. They did not have this but quickly offered a solution and made it work. They created essentially the same thing…. with decaf. Delicious. Thank you!“
“First let me say that if not for Judah, my rating would be 1 star. The white dude w/eyeliner on that was working with him this morning October 16th during the 10 o clock hour has zero customer service skills and idk why he even works at Starbucks. To make a very long story as short as possible, I paid with stars. Eyeliner guy scans my QR twice and I lose double the amount of stars. He says nothing. I drive home, realize what happened, and try to call SIX different times but never reached anyone because *someone* kept picking the phone up and hanging up immediately. So I drive all the way back, stand in line and once it’s my turn they’re both standing there so I told them what happened. The guy who actually did it doesn’t make any facial expressions at all, doesn’t say sorry or my bad or ANYTHING literally no remorse or even acknowledgement of what I’m saying. Judah steps in, apologizes for something he didn’t even do and starts working with me to resolve the issue. While I’m waiting to see what Judah’s supervisor says, I take a sip of my drink and it’s disgusting because on top of everything else, the mf eyeliner guy didn’t even make it right. I ordered a honey citrus mint tea and got a jade mint. No lemonade, no peach tea bag. Dude literally did not pay attention when he was “serving” me whatsoever. He rang it up as a honey citrus mint and even repeated it back to me before he started but still did zero of the steps to make one. Like dude you know there’s lemonade in it and you know it’s two different tea bags. What was the point of being lazy and making my drink wrong like I wouldn’t taste the difference and come back?? Anyways I got it all sorted out thanks to JUDAH and if I ever come back to this location it will be because of him. He also remade my tea and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best one I’ve had. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location because I go to target multiple times per week and I also collect cold cups so every time new ones drop I’m in there buying 4-8 cups at a time. There are several Starbucks locations that are closer to my house, but I go out of my way to patronize this one. Eyeliner guy needs a new job and some customer service skills. 0/5 for him. Judah needs a raise.“

“I love the staff at this Starbucks! They are always pleasant and provide great service. The drive-thru is quick, and the drinks are tasty! I am so sorry to see the Melon Burst drink go. It was a sad day for me, as I just had the last one. What will be my new favorite???“
“This location was in line with others. Fast service with a quality product. I will add that the girl at the window was super sweet. She thought my wife was holding a small dog and offered her a whip cup. We had to laugh because my wife was holding onto a stuffed animal from the zoo we had recently gotten. We all got a good laugh out of it. It really made my day how nice she was to ask us.
