I come through the drive thru almost every friday and usually this one kid is working, he said his name was Jaice. I usually have to repeat my order to him multiple times, a few times he’s even put my receipt and card in my bag of food!! Most times when I pull up to the window I see him eating food, being on his phone, and being very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would! If I could contact headquartersright now, I would! . I even sat in my car for a moment and thought about calling the cops. I am absolutely livid. I ordered $50 dollars worth of food at 8:27 pm for a hungry group and sat in my car until it said it was "ready" at 9:00. The owner was Rude and yelled at me, the customer because I complained about a steak burrito that he made with two of the Tiniest pieces of steak in this So called “ steak burrito “ He’s disrespectful to woman of opinion. He Over talked me and told me to Shut up!I will continue to tell everyone that I know how Rude he is and how Horrible the Food is.
