“Tried Legacy Smokehouse in Hilliard downtown last night. Food was amazing and everyone there was super nice and friendly! Had a half rack of Baby Backs, 1/2 pound of Brisket, 1/4 pound Pulled Pork, Mexican street corn and baked beans. Everything was top notch! My favorites were the brisket (got the fattier cuts and it was possibly the most tender, moist, briskett I’ve ever had), the Mexican Corn (my wife and I both loved it), and I REALLY loved their mustard bbq sauce! Ribs, beans, and pork were great too but the brisket just really stopd out! The building is super cool as well but I got my food to go. I’m a bit of a bbq snob. Locally thusfar, Ray Rays is one of my favorites I’ve had a few times but Legacy might have them beat!“

“Been driving by this place for a few years. Tried it today and kicking myself because I didn't try them sooner. Wife got the Mango Habanero wings and I got the House Wings. Both were awesome. I had the curly fries and they were great. Prices were lower than what we expected and the waitress was very friendly. I think we found us another weekend spot to rotate with Red Robin and Texas Roadhouse. If you haven't tried them yet just do it. You won't be disappointed.“

“Quirky atmosphere with great food. My son got the French toast and it was so good. It was French toast bites, so a crisp to it and delicious. I got the brisket omelet, the portion was huge! Not a huge bean person but the black beans in this omelet were so well cooked and well seasoned. All around good quality and taste and looks of interesting decor to look at. I would definitely come back!“

“We had our 6 year olds birthday party at Ten Pin today. From setting up the event all the way to leaving, the entire experience was easy and great. The event manager and server were both so accommodating and friendly. Even our party guests commented on how much they enjoyed it.“

They definitely chap out on the condiments and wasabi. Always order extra bc they don’t ever give enough. The turtle shells are awful…don’t recommend. Beyond the sushi, it’s hit or miss.“

The kitchen manager came out when we arrived and clarified everything with us, they were careful to label the gluten free products and our servers, Ashley and Chloe were so attentive. “Ten Pin is a phenomenal venue. Even before the massive renovation, they were great for bowling. Now, the bowling is bigger and better. The arcade is nice, but could use a few more classic arcade games (in my opinion). The big shocker with Ten Pin is the food. Do not think this is bar or bowling alley food; I keep being wowed when I try different items each time. Talking to the staff, they said everything is scratch-made. It's all great!“

“We went late at night on off hours when they were very few people. The staff was very nice and willing to make off menu drinks as they have a fully stocked bar. I had a Tom Collins. The bartender knew how to make it without looking it up. The food was amazing and they have like a salad bar but with chips and salsa. Salsa's a tad bit spicy but very easily manageable. The location is far deep in Hilliard off in the cut.“

“I’ve always enjoyed their food and the Koi pond is a nice touch but the service isn’t the greatest. I Had to go find our server to get a drink refill and plates didn’t get cleared. Hot tip: Definitely sit next to an empty table so you have a place to sit dirty plates and don’t drink a lot/fast because you may not get a refill during your visit, unless like me, you go get it yourself.“

“First time at a House of Japan. It was Expensive but good quality and portion. The show was nice and the chef engaged with the patrons. I love when bean sprouts are in season they are my favorite hibachi vegetable. The protein is cooked like requested and is seasoned well. The yum yum has almost no flavor so I'll pass on that next time. But If you want a happy birthday or anything for the bday patron, it's all extra $$ even if you just want a song. The children were entertained for being so young but overall it was a good experience. Oh the bathrooms are cleanly and nice too.“

“CONSISTENTLY FRESH, TASTY AND A GREAT VALUE
I’ve been a customer for the last 6 years and get carryout once or twice a month. As someone who grew up in Asia and has traveled in China, I've eaten a lot of chinese food. For an american chinese restaurant, New China Fortune does a great job of producing high quality dishes using fresh ingredients with authentic flavor. True, it is not authentic chinese street food, but then, I have never found that in the USA. But of the 10 or so chinese restaurants I have tried in Columbus, I like this one the best. For one, they are fast. My food is always ready in less than 15 minutes, and well packed for travel home. Their portions are very generous and they provide ample rice to go with it which I really like. My wife and I usually get 3-4 main dishes and we can get 4-5 meals out of it. This is a picture of a recent meal and you can see how fresh the veggies are. We particularly like their egg rolls, hot and sour soup, moo goo gai pan and their Thai curries (not so much the pad thai). I like that the couple that owns the business made extra efforts to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. The restaurant has a few tables but isn't really set up for table service, it’s mostly carryout. If you call your order in, she may sound a bit gruff and her English is not so good but don’t let that deter you, they are polite and efficient and super hard working. This is the type of immigrant-owned businesses that make our community great, I hope you will support them and enjoy their food as much as we do. Oh, I have never ordered them (why not?) but she once gave me a treat of a dozen freshly fried, hot donut balls tossed in powdered sugar. They were amazing and I almost ate all of them before I got home (had to save a few for my wife!).“
