“My husband and I dined while shopping today! We were in around 1p and we were seated with no wait. Our server Dan was fantastic I highly recommend him. His service made our visit 5 stars! The food was great and came out in perfect timing! Please stop in, we had the spring rolls as an appetizer but I forgot to get a picture of them. I had the Ma Po Tofu with brown rice and my husband got Kung Pow Chicken with the upcharge of lo mein noodles. Our lunch was close to $60 for both of us.“

I know them personally and I have been coming there since they opened the restaurant. My husband and I came there every week faithfully plus we had many birthday parties and other celebrations there because it was our favorite restaurant. My husband was in the army for 45 years of service. He is in God‘s Army now but I still come sometimes two and three times a week! They have a very diversified menu! It’s not just chicken wings! “I ordered Kung Pao Chicken for lunch. It was a beautiful combination of fresh and bright vegetables with juicy pieces of chicken. It Had the right amount of kick and the sauce was so flavorful. My favorite part of kung pao is the peanuts that help counter act the spiciness. Which grand china did not disappoint me and had a nice amount of peanuts in the dish! I also loved they used zucchini in this dish it was superb. Lunch is fairly priced at $7 a combination. I will be back to try more dishes !

April 2026 update

I tried their HUGE JUICY FRIED WINGS , were picked up on a Friday night while at the bar few doors down. Super impressed with the flavor, crispiness and size of theses wings. I already loved the traditional Chinese takeout from here and now I have to start picking up these bug juicy wings!

I do think you guys should offer some sweet n sour or even a house sauce to sell along side it too. It would have been a huge hit with the girls! They were kinda mad I had no sauce.“

The kitchen manager came out when we arrived and clarified everything with us, they were careful to label the gluten free products and our servers, Ashley and Chloe were so attentive. “Ten Pin is a phenomenal venue. Even before the massive renovation, they were great for bowling. Now, the bowling is bigger and better. The arcade is nice, but could use a few more classic arcade games (in my opinion). The big shocker with Ten Pin is the food. Do not think this is bar or bowling alley food; I keep being wowed when I try different items each time. Talking to the staff, they said everything is scratch-made. It's all great!“

The staff were friendly and true to their list of first come first serve; contingent on the party size. Once seated, our server did not take long to arrive. She was attentive and prompt. I ordered their delicious Buffalo Chicken Pizza with a Coca Cola and hit the spot. Spacious outdoor patio. Available parking out front. Traditional Roosters decor. Enjoy.“

They allowed us to store our cake in the kitchen, they sang and had a sparkler still even tho we opted out of a party package (because of our own cake). That was very very nice and unexpected and also gave us the best and funniest memory because the team singing said hbp Chapter and chapter 16 (was for sweet 16)... After they finished they realized the table laughing and they found out her correct name and came singing again we already hadn't expected it so a 2nd time had us all res faced and laughing! My daughter ordered a mocktail the bartender forgot to make but when I asked to cancel they still brought it and said happy birthday and didn't charge, she didn't drink it as she got a different drink while waiting! She like the way it was decorated and for her pics tho!

I felt so bad for our shelf as we have a child that is not able to eat mushrooms and re made the rice for him because he had forgotten to remove before cooking anyways he was so patient and kind! The way he separated the egg yolk was neat and his trick was good!

They have bacon bits on their salads which is another win and the yumyum is good too if you like it

I’ve been a customer for the last 6 years and get carryout once or twice a month. As someone who grew up in Asia and has traveled in China, I've eaten a lot of chinese food. For an american chinese restaurant, New China Fortune does a great job of producing high quality dishes using fresh ingredients with authentic flavor. True, it is not authentic chinese street food, but then, I have never found that in the USA. But of the 10 or so chinese restaurants I have tried in Columbus, I like this one the best. For one, they are fast. My food is always ready in less than 15 minutes, and well packed for travel home. Their portions are very generous and they provide ample rice to go with it which I really like. My wife and I usually get 3-4 main dishes and we can get 4-5 meals out of it. This is a picture of a recent meal and you can see how fresh the veggies are. We particularly like their egg rolls, hot and sour soup, moo goo gai pan and their Thai curries (not so much the pad thai). I like that the couple that owns the business made extra efforts to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. The restaurant has a few tables but isn't really set up for table service, it’s mostly carryout. If you call your order in, she may sound a bit gruff and her English is not so good but don’t let that deter you, they are polite and efficient and super hard working. This is the type of immigrant-owned businesses that make our community great, I hope you will support them and enjoy their food as much as we do. Oh, I have never ordered them (why not?) but she once gave me a treat of a dozen freshly fried, hot donut balls tossed in powdered sugar. They were amazing and I almost ate all of them before I got home (had to save a few for my wife!).“
