“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“I had to go back and get my Juice because the nice lady who does nail at her home forgot to put in the kids meal bag.. so when i called they told me to go come back threw the drive thru.. so when i did the nice Gals gave me a ice-cream.. thx my Kiddo enjoyed it! “We had a couple of drinks with onion rings and a 12 inch cheese pizza. Bartender was excellent, I thought the onion rings were greasy but my hubby loved them. Pizza was good tasting. It’s a cool light type home town bar, my favorite kind. I will be back.“

“This DQ is great! Everyone is always so friendly there and everything we order is great! I wish I had taken a picture of our desserts......a mixed (chocolate/vanilla) swirled cone and a new york cheesecake blizzard! YUM!

“Yes they are back up to speed with a force. Return of the chicken parmigiana and the turkey hoagie. I had not been there for a while. We ordered both the above and a pizza for delivery. All came piping hot in 35 mins as promised. Great job guys.“

“It’s been almost a month since my experience but I couldn’t forget to make a review. I came through the drive thru after 11, weather was bad but had a craving for a good Burger King burger 🍔 everything was good even the onion rings. The young woman at the register was polite and funny. We had to wait for a bit but every item on our order came out fresh! I will return soon.“

“They had a line before and after me with fresh hot sandwiches and sides. I got a bag on 10 original sliders and a side of onion chips. No complaints for that location and would always recommend. Especially since our local had a kitchen fire and never reopened.“

“I ordered a Big Mac with no bun and I can honestly say this was the best food I’ve got from a McDonald’s ! It was brought to me on a bed of lettuce and 2 beef patties very well presented . Thank you so much for taking care of me even if I didn’t want the bun! Food was warm and delicious. Thank you !“
