I witnessed an incredibly rude customer come in from the drive through to berate the short-handed staff at this location for slow service. The manager had been working so hard and was doing her best, and handled the man with patience and kindness. If you haven’t worked retail or food service before, have some compassion for the workers, especially now that corporations are replacing them with AI and leaving them short handed!

Customers have reported long wait times and unorganized service, especially during busy periods. Overall, McDonald's remains a popular place to visit, but improvements could enhance the experience.
