Pretty much kiosk only. Don't expect interaction with live staff. Luckily, order was correct. No ink in receipt printer so just counted on hearing our order since we didn't know our number. Also surprised that adding mayo to our burger adds $.30! Removed all other condiments and cheese, so, wow.
I want to take the time to acknowledge Andre at the 905 N state street Westerville Ohio location. This gentlemen went out of his way for us today. My son is 7 years old, non verbal, autistic, and will only eat McDonald’s French fries or crispy things like chips, it’s absolutely frustrating when your child is so picky and has a disability or can tell me what he wants to eat.
