I have been extremely frustrated with the fact that I have not been able to get plain bagels for over two months. I don’t understand why you guys don’t make more during the day. I have gone at many different times and still nothing. My card had to be credited yesterday when I ordered off the app and the app said that they had plain bagels at the store. After I placed my order I had someone called me and told me that they don’t have any and the app wasn’t right.
This is the second time they have screwed up our order. Today, they gave us chicken noodle soup instead of the ordered creamy chicken rice. And hardly any noodles meat or veggies in the broth. For a recovery surgery patient and it was very disappointing. Two orders were missing side of chips, and another items had half tomatoes in it when order said to exclude tomatoes…. We tried calling the restaurant but no one is answering. So guess they are basically not standing...read full review
