The location on Sancus is the worst. I ordered a pizza from there that was not only delivered about 30 minutes later than it should have been, but whoever delivered it didn't even knock on the door. They just left the pizza by the door in the cold. When I tried to call he store to complain, no one answers the phone.
Worst customer service and poor company policy. When asked for garlic butter sauce instead of a seasoning packet for my thin crust, garden veggie pizza, was told that the packet (which I dislike), is the only condiment that comes with any thin crust pizza. What? I pay the same price regardless of which crust I order. I should be able to have whatever sauce I prefer.
