“What a great joint to grab a pie & a drink. First of all, probably the best cauliflower pizza I’ve ever had. You honestly can’t hardly tell the difference between that and the regular crust, it’s that good. We got both today, just to test things out and we are sold on the cauliflower crust. So, keto peeps and if you’re watching carbs, definitely treat yourself to a Classics pizza. The bar is SO CLEAN and the bartender was so friendly and pours a great drink. “Have been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it in today with my best friend, what a disappointment. Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️“

“This is an all time favorite in my hometown of Westerville Ohio. You can count on a delicious breakfast or brunch from a large menu. Fabulous staff are always friendly and courteous. The food is really fantastic of high quality and fresh. Can have a bit of a worthwhile wait for a table. Great place always !!

“My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch and was able to see all of the Smashburger workers band together and fill a to-go order for 196 people. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend Westerville Smashburger.....with these people, you won't be disappointed! 😊“

“Yummy food, nice personal, sometimes gets a little loud in there but nothing crazy
-I like their burgers and salats, and their fries are super good as well. You will have to order at the register by the front door they will give you a little light up thing to take to the table and the waiters will bring your order to your table. For a sweet treat after lunch or dinner get their carrot cake or any of their cookies super rich and yummy !!! fair price for quality food ! Definitely would recommend this place !“

Our server Preston was very nice and recommended to my wife to order from kids menu to get a single patty burger, it was still a pretty big burger. The fries were fresh hot and many, I had the tots, they were OK but I liked the fries better. Fish and chips very good, a large piece of breaded fish well seasoned. Over all I would give them a very good rating.“

“This location is great. I usually do takeout, and order family style. I recommend the steamed dumplings, egg rolls, string bean chicken (get it extra spicy), the hunan chicken, the lo mein, and fried rice. The people who work here are always super nice, and it's a family run business.“

“Review is not a recommendation-just our experience. Waiter was friendly. Food was decent but not hot. We were there for Sunday brunch-not many customers so not sure why our food wasn’t hot. Our main concern was the cleanliness. The pictures on the wall had a lot of dirt and food splatters that seem to have been there a while. Perhaps a monthly deep clean would help. (Floor and tables were clean) It wasn’t the experience I read about on their website though.“

I had a very cranky baby and several of the waitstaff offered to get her a variety of different things to make her happy. I really appreciated that. I ordered the fried pickles and the fish and shrimp. The pickles were SPEARS which made me very happy as I love me some fried pickles but I can’t get spears anywhere around here. This restaurant was recommended by more than one employee from my doctor's office and a couple more from the imaging office. Thank goodness for local recommendations. 🎉

We were amazed and delighted with their phenomenally rapid responsiveness when placing our first order. Their online ordering site is easy to use, and if they have any questions/issues, they call within a few minutes of receiving the order to clarify substitutions, or to advise about any issue with a special request. They made suggestions if we needed to change anything, and they correctly followed special instructions/requests! 🙌

The food was ready promptly, parking options were great, and staff was pleasant and helpful. We were picking up take-out, but the space appeared large and clean, they had a bar, and kept the space at a comfortable temperature. The only thing I would say that may be an issue is it appeared somewhat dark in the dining room. It is highly possible that this was due to having few/no people inside at the times we've made pick-ups, but I wanted to include the information.

All my food from any visit has been sensational!! My husband has only gotten one item he didn't care for, so has just tried other items at each subsequent visit. He has absolutely loved those items! The portions are very generous, making them a great value for the price. They have always gotten our orders correct, so big plus there, as I tend to order things made specifically to my preferences & needs. I wouldn't be at all shocked if you find they do everything they can to resolve your issue if you don't prefer something you've ordered.

Overall, simply a fantastic place to get some great cultural cuisine. If you get a chance give them a try. It's a safe bet you'll return. 😉“

“We get the same thing everytime and it's always good! Sesame chicken, fried & white rice, and plain lo mein. I love that their lo mein doesn't have a fishy taste from a fish/oyster sauce.
We also always order take out and it's always ready on time. And they are fast to acknowledge you and get you your order and on your way.“
