The Managers, Servers & Staff are Always Very Professional, Friendly, Polite, Considerate and make our dining experience truly delightful. The food and portions the Chefs prepare are always consistently Generous, Delicious and Excellent! We Highly Recommend a dining experience at this location!“

“We went for Happy Hour, yesterday on a Friday. We were seated immediately and our server was extremely nice. The appetizers came staggered and we ordered six plus mocktails. I forgot to take a picture of the pizza! Everything was pretty good. This wasn’t our first time dining here but it was the first time coming for happy hour and we will be back. The value was definitely worth it.“

The restaurant leans heavily toward seafood dishes, which isn’t ideal for me since I’m allergic (and it wasn’t my choice to go). That said, the French dip and fries I ordered were very good. Just be aware: this isn’t what I’d consider casual dining, it’s more on the upscale side, and the pricing reflects that. Nothing wrong with it at all, just something to know ahead of time.“

“Hello guys, this was my first time at this location. I have been to two others and was not pleased. This location way better than the other two I have tried. When we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, and there was no wait. It was my daughter‘s 13th birthday on June 19. Everyone was pleased with their meal and appetizers. Their spinach dip is to live for! The waiter was excellent she was attentive. If I am ever to visit a longhorn again, it will be this location. I didn’t have any complaints.! my children either. 2 grown and one teen. We all Left very full and satisfied .“

“I went to this LongHorn in Avon at the beginning of the week. I just wanted to relay my appreciation for the manager there and the staff for going out of their way to fix my steak multiple times. I wasn’t judged or given an attitude for my sensory issues and the management was incredibly understanding and apologetic. I think that had been one the best experiences I’ve had where I wasn’t made to feel bad for bringing up that my food wasn’t made correctly. There was some kind of miscommunication but they went out of their way to remedy that and be accommodating and understanding. Thank you for being kind.

Overall a very pleasant experience and very accommodating to those with Autism or other sensory issues. They could use a few table lights though as it was a bit hard to see in the dining room.“

“Our overall experience was excellent. The food was good....loved the stuffed peppers appetizer. Salads were fresh tasting and appropriate size. The Delmonico was cooked to perfection as was the short ribs special. What they lacked in pizzazz was made up for with spot on execution. Our service was efficient and she eventually warmed up a bit and became slightly conversational. The room was comfortable but for our 5:30 reservation the server/bartender back of the house chitchat was way too loud. It was one off color comment away from ruining the dinner. I was mostly disappointed in the laminated menus and lack of being offered a wine list or menu. Those two things aren't deal breakers but disappointing given the vibe and atmosphere of the room.“
