“I had not been to the Levee House in many years. The other day I wanted to take my mom to a lunch with a view, I decided to give it a try. First of all, it has been under new ownership for a few years. The owner/chef, introduced himself to us when we arrived. We were seated by the window and watched the boats and people. The view was beautiful. However, everyone knows about the view. What they may not know about is the food. Mom and I ordered and split the crab/lobster rolls. Both were absolutely amazing and half the price of what I have seen elsewhere. The price for that, sides, a desert, and two sodas was cheaper than a meal at Applebees, but the food, atmosphere, and hometown feel was so much better. This will be a new favorite for our family.”

“My husband and I live several hours away in Ohio but we come back every October to Marietta to visit family. It’s always around our wedding anniversary. We have been coming to The Galley to celebrate for the past six years as a tradition and each visit is amazing. Our supper on Friday 10/25 was no exception. Everything from the appetizers and drinks to the entrees and desert was scrumptious and our server Dustin was excellent. He truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Thanks to the staff at The Galley…we will return next year to celebrate our 7th anniversary! ❤️❤️”

She even took the time to be a historian of sorts for me, the place itself is exquisite and beautifully kept up!”

“We enjoyed the daily special of chicken katsu (cutlet) with fried seasoned noodles (ramen) for $10. The chicken was moist and not overcooked. The service was attentive. We didn't try the sushi as we had a time restriction.”

“This is hands down best tasting pizza I have ever eaten. We moved to Jacksonville Florida and there’s nothing compares to Pizza place pizza. When we are able to come to Parkersburg that very 1st day we get Pizza Place Pizza I wish there was one here. So good! Love it!!!!”
