the employees were all on their phones. the male baker walked out fron the back showing his underpants to everyone. the store lacked management. won't be back soon.

Tim Hortons is a busy spot, but the friendly employees at the Whitehall location make up for it. They serve breakfast sandwiches until 2 pm, which is a pleasant surprise. The Carmel macchiato is a highlight, and the breakfast sandwiches are hot, yummy, and filling with 2 eggs. Worth a visit, despite occasional equipment issues.
