Workers were out of uniform.
I ordered a double cheeseburger, but I received a regular cheeseburger instead. They also charged me the price for a double cheeseburger. My daughter was very disappointed because she was expecting a double cheeseburger. I was also disappointed that we paid for something we did not receive. Please make sure to check orders carefully before giving them to customers.
I’m done with this location. Last 4 visits order has been wrong. I’m done. I understand mistakes. However, it’s clear some of the staff cannot read. Ordering from this location will make you understand why companies are leaning towards autonomous robots to make simple sandwiches with good quality service.
