Updating my review...I had ordered the open faced pot roast and it was horrible...the gravy taste like it came out of a can..and like it mightve been one of the big cans that you get from a church when you run out of foid..and I don't think it was actual roast..not sure what meat I ate..I think the owner has given up on his love of cooking..the food has poor quality..it needs a major update oh and they use the microwave to heat up food!“

“I’m British and recently took a trip to the states to visit a friend. This was my first time in a Bob Evans and honestly, it was superb. Katy was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. Super helpful and informative and she really made the experience for us. As someone who works in hospitality in the U.K., I can very much appreciate the work she and the staff put in and how far reviews go. So thank you!!!“

“I came in on my not-so-best behavior because of some bad service at a nearby restaurant. I want to offer my apologies to the server and the house manager who, despite feigning ignorance when I brought it up, picked up on my snarky comments.
You all provided nothing but the best service, and you deserved better than what I gave you. Also, thank you for the extra rolls and bread. At least you were able to deliver on that (since the other restaurant didn't), and I really appreciate that.“

“Went out to eat at the Whitehouse Inn ... my bill was $23.16. I gave him $40.00.... should have gotten back 16.84. I would have left him a $5.00 tip. But he brought me back $7.00. Got that???? So I went straight into the kitchen and found him. He knew ASAP and I said I gave you $40.00 and showed him the 7.00 he immediately gave me $10.00. So just to be nice the I gave him $2.66 tip. Watch your change back on cash customers... It was a male with black hair and about 45 years old maybe.“
