“Love the food and the friendly workers at the gateway diner“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!!“

All I can say is, wow! not only did the place look great but, the service was awesome and the food was really good. Karen, the women working the bar was an absolute sweetheart. “One of my favorite hometown restaurants. The servers are friendly and remember us. They always hustle because it's usually pretty busy. The food is a good value and tasty. The breakfasts are great, especially Adam's Big Bite. The waffles and omelets are also delicious. The hearty meals at lunch come with a salad or soup, the entree, a side, and rolls. It's hard to beat their meals at those prices. Plus, the reward program gives you money off of the next visit. Food normally comes out pretty quickly, and I've rarely ever complained about my meal. The ribs are my favorite lunch meal. They have excellent cooks that hustle because they also do a heavy amount of carryout business.

My only wish is that they would update their restrooms, but they are clean and functional.“

“It's fast food so that why the three. We constantly are at this place. Flamethrower burger is good, so are the chicken tenders. We go thru drive thru. No matter how long the line is the line moves fast. No attitudes and customer service is up there with Chic a Fila.“

“Dined in yesterday with the kids and I will say it was the best experience we’ve had as a family of 4 the service was very fast and efficient, the store was very clean and well managed, easily a 10/10 meal the food was delicious and very fresh when I got it. Overall my experience here was amazing will recommend to anybody’s who wants great service and great food !!“

“My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.“

“Had a steak burger with egg on a plain bagel to go. Very good sandwich. My only complaint was while waiting for my food a fly wanted to share my table. The place is clean and neat but a fly can be a very annoying problem and sometimes hard to keep out. I have the same problem when I’m cooking outside and I have to open my patio door. The little buggers sneak right in. This won’t stop me from returning as there are several items on his menu I would like to try.“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“
